I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a nail salon. When I arrived, one of the nail techs immediately started yelling at me, saying she had been waiting since 8:30 for me to show up. I tried to calmly explain that I called and was told they open at 9:30, and that another worker had changed my appointment, but she completely dismissed me and kept yelling, insisting it was my fault. What made it worse is that the sign on the door clearly says they open at 9:30, so I was just doing what I was told. She continued to raise her voice even as I started crying, which was humiliating and incredibly unprofessional. This was by far the rudest and most disrespectful experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I will never be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who expects even basic kindness or respect. I would give this place 0 stars if I could, however, one of the other technicians did apologize for her behavior and did a great job on my nails and was very kind. 1 star.
