I would give them no stars if I could. My daughter had fake nails done, they were done great no issues. 2 weeks later she goes in again and this time she gets Heidi aka ms speed racer does her nail. She waited almost an hour after her appointment since Heidi keep taking her longer standing clients first. So she rushed through the fill in and 2 days later all of her nails fell off, so technically she only had them less than 3 weeks and paid a lot for them. I will be making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to investigate the shady job they do. So now she has to go somewhere else and have to pay for a new set of nails. Thieves read more

love jenny! she did my nails once and i will be coming back more often. my mom gets her nails done too and they turn out gorgeous. its very fast and takes only 15-20 minutes at most. everyone is friendly and they do NOT pressure you into getting gel. other reviews have said that they have "asked 3 times" and "spoke in different languages in front of me" are mistaken. their first language is more than likely not english, so they should be able to speak however they talk to each employee. they want the best for your nails, and gel lasts a few more days more than a usual polish. they know whats best so you should really give them a chance. they are so incredibly hard working! the photo below i got done two weeks ago and i am going tomorrow, so i will leave another review while getting a fill! read more

If I could give them a negative star I would without a doubt. Absolutely the worse nail salon in Lebanon. I've even given them the benefit of the doubt and came back a few times try different "artist." $40 for a pedicure that didn't even take out the callus or clean under the nail. She took 25 mins on the pedicure...then she did gel manicure and it was worse. The only reason why they stay in business is because it's the mall and they close late and can afford the turnover with the mall traffic. I love love love this place. I have been getting my nails done here for 8 years. Karolen does my nails and she is an incredible nail artist. every single picture I bring in for her to try out she does it even better than the experts. I recommend her to everyone because she is careful and gentle and she makes sure you are getting good quality nails and for 8 years I have yet to have my nails break off or chip that's saying a lot. I've gone to this salon multiple times to try different artists and I haven't been happy with any of them. As someone else stated before me, I was pressured to take a gel pedicure (although I finally practically yelled "NO THANK YOU" at the woman and finally was left alone). I was already receiving a gel manicure, reg pedicure, AND eyebrow waxing- so I was paying enough. As I was getting the manicure done the woman was pressuring me to have chrome (an up charge) added to my nail color. I stated multiple times that I did not want it before finally staring at my phone and flat-out ignoring her when she would ask. The woman was very sweet otherwise (which is why I even gave a 2 star) but do NOT go here if you are planning to have a relaxing spa day! Also- she only put two coats of color on my nails and the color is very light so you can still see my regular nails through the color. read more

This was the worst nail experience I've ever had! I have gotten many manicures and pedicures, though I've never had gel polish done. I went in and asked them for just gel polish on top of my natural nail, and I had to repeat myself many times because the girl who helped me either didn't understand, didn't remember, or didn't listen. I also told her multiple times that I didn't want fake nails, that I hated them. She used a dremel tool on my fingers and worked my nails down until I started bleeding, and cut my cuticles back until I bled. Then, she applied fake nails and gel polish. I didn't realize what she was doing until I showed my mom when I got home. Upon closer inspection, there was glue and polish all over my fingers, as well as big gobs underneath my nails. To make matters worse, my nails were all different lengths, the edges were sharp and the ends weren't straight. She charged me $60 for this as well, when I thought she was saying $16 (I understand that's just a simple miscommunication due to the language barrier-the point is that their board says $50 for a full gel set and she charged me more). The next day I went back in and asked them to take them off and fix their mistake, and they refused, but offered to file them down to a more manageable length. I consented under their pressure, but this girl made my edges even rougher, my corners even sharper. She didn't even bother to wipe the nail dust off my fingers, she just told me I was done. While I was there to get it fixed, all five women working berated me the whole time I was there for not making myself more clear to their nail "artist" and for asking them to change it. They also clearly talked about me in their native language, because some phrases were in English and definitely about me, and they were gesturing towards me the entire time. They refused to refund my money, and refused to fix their error, instead they were rude and made my problem worse. I will never step foot in that salon again, except for to claim my refund, and I will never let anyone whom I care about subject their poor nails to that kind of treatment. Today was my first time at Natural Nails and it will definitely be my last. I walked in just wanting a regular spa pedicure. The lady asked if I wanted gel, and I told her not today, and that maybe I'd try it some other time. She asked me 3 more times, and even brought me the book and rings of gel colors they offered. I eventually gave in because I could tell she wasn't going to stop pushing until I received a gel pedicure. After I agreed she said "nails too?" I told her I wasn't getting a manicure today, and thanked her for the offer. She asked to look at my finger nails and proceeded to laugh at me, while talking to her coworker in a language I didn't understand. At this point I just wanted to leave but was already halfway through the pedicure. When I went to pay I asked if I could write the tip in and she immediately got defensive, telling me very sternly NO and kept pointing at the ATM across the hall of the mall as if she no longer wanted to speak to me. I've never been berated like this before, especially in a nail salon. I walked across the hall to get some cash, and when I handed her the total amount plus tip she SNATCHED it out of my hand and walked away. Didn't say thank you, wouldn't look at me, nothing. I will NEVER return to this establishment, and I hope others think twice before paying to have their nails done here. read more

I recently had a gel manicure and was given a price of $25. The technician that I had was nice and the color selection was good too. The technician didn't really seem to know what she was doing. So after about 45 minutes she began to put the color on my nails. It was like she was afraid to use the color to put on my nails. She would put the brush in the bottle and barely get it on my nails. I said, hmmm....I thought the color was darker than that from the sample she gave me. She said it will get darker with the next coat - well yes it would have it she was going to put one on???? So I asked her to put on another coat and you would have thought that I was asking her for free gel manicures for a year!!! She gave me a look like I was losing my mind. So after some contemplation she put the brush in the bottle and then proceeded to put the coat on my nails - only thing is she didn't put the brush back in the bottle to get anymore polish before doing all 10 nails???? Then when it comes time to pay - she charges me $30 for the gel manicure and she said it was because she had to remove the old gel. Then how come when I came in originally showed them my nails with the old gel polish and advised that I would like to have a manicure and change the polish they gave me a price of $25. These people are crooks and sneaky people - WATCH OUT!!! Do NOT recommend their services at all!!! read more
