They give you a loyalty card and once it's filled, you get a free french manicure, or $5 off your next visit. I'd definitely go again, and I'm happy I found this place. I tried this place out the first time the other day for an acrylic fill. The service was nice and the workers were exceptionally friendly. The woman doing my nails was very sweet. However, the process seemed pretty rushed!! Took only about 30-40 mins once It was my turn. After applying a new acrylic coat, the nail technician did not push the sides of my skin down before the acrylic dried, so it stuck to my skin and burned pretty bad from the quick friction while she was filing and shaping them. I'm not satisfied with the end result either... the shape (coffin) itself is decent but the paint job especially is very messy... access acrylic that wasn't shaven down didn't look neat. I've noticed a lot of good reviews about this salon, but from my own personal experience, I've had much better and more satisfying experiences with various other salons.

I got a simple gel manicure. The polish selection is great, but the application was not any better than my own. There is gel polish residue all around my cuticles and my nails are still tacky from the gel polish. In fact, as soon as I got home I had to apply alcohol to my nails to take the remaining residue off. I will say the manicurist did do a decent job "prepping" my nails to apply the polish, but the application of the actual polish was just terrible and unprofessional. Further, my cuticles appear to look more dry and terrible than they did before the manicure. As for the atmosphere of the salon, if you're looking for ambiance, this really isn't the place for you. If you're a clean freak and are looking for a place that exudes top notch cleanliness, then this definitely isn't the place for you either. Overall, I would not return. Maybe it was an off day for the person, but nevertheless unacceptable. I will say the gel manicure was reasonably priced at $25 (and I did leave a $5 tip); however, I would have rather paid more for a better quality manicure elsewhere. The staff is always so friendly and super meticulous about their work. Expect for a manicure to take 30-45 minutes and a pedicure to take 30 minutes. We both selected our colors and they got to work. They do have a very nice selection of higher end polishes (OPI and China Glaze) you should have no problem finding what you want. The pedicure itself was very nice. My only complaint is that the massage could have been a bit longer. They do, however, have different level of pedicures. So if you want a longer massage, the price increases and you move up a tier. I believe we just got the most basic (?) if not the second tier. It included a exfoliating scrub, mini massage, and hot stones!! This part was cool and I had never seen hot stones used in this type of setting. Each pedi was $25, but like I said they have different levels you can chose from. I'll be back!
