Her haircut was patchy and uneven, with some spots shaved almost down to the skin. Stray scraggly hairs were left behind, and her face framing looked nothing like what I expected or requested. The part that really pissed me off? When we got home, she went straight into her crate and refused to come out for the rest of the night. She normally sleeps in my grandson's room, so this behavior makes me believe she was stressed or even traumatized during the grooming process. Because her coat was cut so short, there's no way to fix it until it grows back. I contacted them and spoke to Brittany the next day to discuss my issues. Brittany suggested a discount on a future service...no thank you, I will not be returning. I believe I should get a full or even a partail, but more than half, refund because the service not only looked bad but clearly impacted my dog emotionally. Pet owners deserve to feel confident their pets are treated kindly and professionally, this experience made me feel the exact opposite.

I just want to let all the groomers at this PETCO know how much I appreciate them. I was concerned my dog mochi may have been pregnant. They were all so sweet and told me that if she was possibly pregnant that she could go into labor due to stress. Mochi did not get her grooming due to the concerns. Well a couple of hours after our visit at Petco we came home and for the first time I felt puppies move in my dog's belly. Shortly after that two hours later she gave birth to four boys. One of her boys does have a cleft lip/palate so we will be in to see Dr.Logan soon. These ladies deserve to be commended, neither of them are veterinarians. But they were all so concerned about my babys well-being and I appreciate them so much.

One of our girls is typically pretty stand-offish with strangers so the fact that she ran over and happily snatched a treat from Mandy was intriguing, and the next thing you know we were placing an order online. Mandy is so sweet and personable and really puts her heart into her business. She sent photos of her and Tooter, her pup, making the batter for our order and I thought that was just the coolest thing. For now she is hand-delivering to our house. She is always punctual and communicates well about what time she will be there. The treats are packaged beautifully and clearly marked regarding what needs refrigeration. Our pups have enthusiastically SCARFED everything they have tried from Mandy (and I do believe they've tried them all!) but their favorites seem to be the turkey jerky, the waffles and the Tooter treats. They still go mad for the muffins, but the jerky sure puts a little more pep in their step I love that they get so excited about the treats, I love that we know exactly what the treats are *really* made of, and I love having the chance to shop local. I wish I had a photo of the treats in the packaging to share but I left town for one night last week and my husband went rogue and fed them every. Last. Treat. She also said she wanted a cold brew. Wait...what...a drinking dog?! Say it isn't so. Calm down...it was effectively pumpkin flavored water. Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming is part boutique, part bakery, and part spa. A dog spa...really?! It was apparent to me that Bella is a spa regular. One of the key store attractions is the dog bakery. The dog treat displays are impressive, featuring handcrafted, oven-baked treats, decorated cookies, and custom birthday cakes. According to my friend, they use natural, high quality ingredients. Woof Gang also has premium dog and cat food, toys, accessories, and wellness items. Their grooming services include salon style and personalized baths to full grooms. A dog spa day...OMG...my friend's fur baby is treated better than humans. I guess there is no limit to treating your fur baby. You'd think that cutting a golden doodles hair would be a simple…read moretask but with the "box stores" (ie PetSmart/PetCo) it seemed to be more difficult and MORE expensive every trip. Even to the point that we were told "her hair is just is such bad shape we need to shave her down to skin". What?! YOU'VE been the one grooming her! I had used Woof Gang for my Pom before he passed away so back to the professionals to work their magic. First was a consult to assess the condition of the pup's fur. You know what? It wasn't as bad as we were told at all! Thanks to review by a professional groomer that's been in the biz for over a decade our fears were calmed. A cut appointment was made and voila, this lil pup is now happy and looks healthy and beautiful after her grooming. They're the only ones that are grooming this pup. Ever!
