They are slowly growing their business, but currently offer a variety of treatments. I went in for the first time on a Saturday morning to try out the IR Sauna with salt therapy. Their entrance/lobby area is beautiful, comfortable, inviting and relaxing. I was greeted right away by the owner, checked in, and signed the waiver. While waiting, they offer coffee and cold beverages such as bottled water, Lacroix and San Pellegrino. I had time to chat with the owner about his business and how it got started. Ironically enough, the person in the IR Sauna when I arrived, was no other than our Community Manager Nikki! So we chatted while the room was switched over. Upon, entering the IR Sauna room located at the front of the business, I was instructed on different controls, lighting options, changing/dressing options, and music preference. The Sauna itself is an enclosed sauna within a small room. You have the room to yourself and the door locks. You are allowed to dress as you wish inside the sauna, and they provide you with a towel and a robe. There are 20min and 40min session options for the sauna. There is also light therapy offered for the sauna, with a sign on the wall describing the benefits of each color of light. Unlike a traditional steam sauna, you do not sweat as much and can last longer inside the IR Sauna. For my first time, I lasted 18 min before I needed to open the door and step out for some cooler air before returning for the last bit. Currently, single IR Sauna sessions are $25 for 20 min and $40 for 40 min. But they offer package deals for the IR Sauna: 10 sessions (20 or 40 min) is $150, 5 sessions is $100. Unlimited sessions are $100/month. And you can add on a salt boost (which has essential oils and a stronger salt content) for an extra $10. If you are unsure about this service, you can try out a 20min session for $1! The restroom is very spacious and clean, offers hair ties, gum, and mints.

For context - when confirming my appt on Friday I asked the young lady did she think the weather might pose an issue for my upcoming appt. I was taken aback when her response was - I DIDN'T CALL YOU ABOUT THE WEATHER. To which I had to school the rude tot with HAVE YOU LOOKED AT THE WEATHER forecast? It's supposed to be bad out! Needless to say I made it to my appt and obviously the office staff did not. I feel a weather cancellation/postponement notice should've been sent out. Located in a historical home on Main Street, the experience was a relaxing, sensory heaven with an added bonus of anti aging. I booked a 60 minute facial and peel with Lani. I was already really looking forward to it when I arrived, but as someone with a love for historic homes, stepping up to the wrap around porch made me swoon. The home is so beautiful and nostalgic, the wood floors creaking and popping underfoot, and this heavenly mixed scent of skincare/spa/baked goods...I couldn't always put my finger on the scent, but even as someone with sensory sensitivities, it was a sensory delight. Lani put me right at ease. She clearly knows her craft and I felt that I could trust her to perform a chemical peel on my face. The whole experience was so soothing and luxious, I nearly fell asleep. Afterwards, she made suggestions for follow up services to meet my skincare goals and some products to use in the healing process. There was absolutely no pressure, just suggestions, as I had also indicated on my paperwork that I was open to suggestions and recommendations. I appreciate that this is asked ahead of time. 2 days out from my facial and peel, my skin still looks amazing and the peeling is very manageable. When I went to use the credit, I learned that can't be used on product, only service, or they just retain those funds. In this day and age, these types of inflexible terms in order to retain money are really disappointing. It's a great way to lose a customer for life.

On 9/19, I came in and tried out the sauna. Loved it! I've been trying to find somewhere that mixed the lights, sauna, and music experience, all together. Not to mention, you can even add Bluetooth and choose your own audio. I also enjoyed the fact, that there was an entry deal, making it a little bit cheaper on your first round. I also got the 90-minute signature massage from Nicole. The best massage, I've had in a long time. She was very personable and was willing to work with whatever I may have wanted. She even added personal touches like warming feet slippers and a face mask. Complete with a robe, I felt like a brand-new person afterwards. Definitely will be back!
