I spotted the shop on opening day after my Tuesday farmer's market jaunt and there is already a nice selection of fine jewelry, scented candles and soaps, art prints, and really cute clothing and accessories. I work nearby, and while I usually shop near my home in Oakland, I thought I'd try a new store and support local Alameda businesses. I got a 510 battery which I really liked a lot but lost a week later. So I stopped back in last week to buy a new 510 battery. Just like the first time, he said he was going to give me a special deal, and pay $25 instead of $30. Unfortunately, that battery's threads were faulty so I took it back five minutes later and exchanged it. But again, unfortunately, that battery quit after using it for a few days. I took it back in yesterday to exchange it. Obviously, this brand has some issues, but the owner again told me he was going to give me a great deal and sell me another 510 battery instead of replacing the one that didn't work. We went back-and-forth a little bit, and I left frustrated and with a useless battery. I'll go back to shopping in Oakland at my regular smoke shop since the person running this store cannont be trusted.

This location is very convenient, near lots of food places and stores. There's plenty of parking, and the area is nice. They have self-checkout, as well as someone at the register.
