Best massage I've ever had! Ms. Linda is an angel sent from heaven above to twist you into a pretzel, stretch you out, get out all your knots, and leaving feeling better than you have in years!!! My Fiancé got a massage Oct 19,2018. Upon completion of his massage he went to check out. They swiped his debt card 3X stating the transaction did not go through anytime. Then he gave them his other debit card an they swiped it an the charge went throw immediately. After he left the following day we recognized three charges on one account an 1 charge on our other account. We have attempted to call them to resolve the issue. My fiancé spoke with an employee on the phone an said she recognized the multiple charges an would have the manager fix the error. One week later the issue has not been resolved an they actually charged our account again yesterday 11/26/18. We continue to try to get a hold of the manager an she has yet to reach out nor is she never there when we call. I will be going up there along w calling the police to file a theft report. We are now in the hole 260.00 when it was suppose to only be one 65.00 charge. This place has demonstrated horrible customer, theft, dishonesty, an lack of accountability. read more

I really liked this massage business until I was injured after telling a therapist that I had a back injury and not to stand on my spine. She did anyway and caused increase in my low back pain. She also left bruises on my inner thighs??!! Lt thigh still has large bruise. I do not want to quit this place but have called twice for owner to call me but no call yet. Very disappointed. I just want another therapist to work on me to repair muscle spasms I have now. read more

I've been to this place earlier this year and didn't have a horrible experience, so I decided to book an appointment to come back. I booked the $325 massage which is for 5 hours, over the phone and confirmed the time with the lady. When I arrived the lady wanted me to pay BEFORE the massage, so I did. AFTER taking my debit card, the lady says she only has time for a one hour massage today. It was my birthday, so I didn't want a 1 hour massage especially when I already paid $325, so I told the ladies that I needed my money back. The ladies REFUSED to refund my money by cash or card and said I would need to call my bank. So they took $325.00 from me, never offered the service I booked, and now I have to wait 10 days for the bank to investigate this, so I can get my money back. Luckily I got an appointment at 'The One Therapeutic massage' on Briar Forest and these ladies are wonderful at what they do. I'd recommend everyone else going there also, NOT this establishment. read more

I get the Thai Combination which is a mixture of Swedish and Thai massage so I get the relaxing part, mixed with stretching and she walks on my back. The prices are affordable and the service is above and beyond great! I also arrive a bit early so that I can take a shower at no extra charge. I have had Ana, Pony, & another lady that I can't remember her name but it seems everyone is good because I have referred my friends here and they received massages from different therapist and gave great reviews on them as well. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I'm an Esthetician so I hold a lot of tension/stress in my upper back and shoulders and these ladies here really put in work on getting my knots out as well as putting me to sleep! read more

I had Pony (pronounced Pawnee) as my masseuse. I did not have high expectations since I just needed a massage for some bad neck pain after a hard workout session the day before. A word of caution, Thai massage uses elbows, feet, etc for the massage and there might be times when you would be more exposed than you wished but you can always say if you don't like something and Pony asked how I was doing and about pressure several times. She did a great job and did a very thorough and deep massage. She even went over on time and didn't charge me anything extra. Best $65 I ever spent and she earned every penny of that tip. I live in the loop and was just visiting a friend out here but will definitely be back!!! read more

I just moved into the area and usually go to Thai massage centers, I love them! My massage was so rough, not deep or hard (I enjoy that), just rough and rushed. To the point where I was never relaxed, and was constantly wishing for the massage to be over. She also injured my arm and lower back from something she did. I've been getting massages my whole life, and I genuinely felt like she didn't know what she was doing. From now on I'll just drive 40 min to my usual Thai massage center! read more

Had been out of town on business for 2wks, was in the middle of house hunting, & just felt like my energy was off...so I decided to go in for a body scrub to slough off some of the bad energy & stress I was feeling. While I too found it strange that a sheet wasn't provided, I shrugged it off and proceeded as instructed. I will say this...the scrub itself was great. What wasn't great was all the talking. Not that I mind a little conversation during body work, but this was a bit excessive...and quite inappropriate imho. Within the first 10-15mins I was told about 4 deaths in this person's life...and it didn't stop there. Now I realize she was just trying to share & I didn't want to be insensitive, but that isn't exactly the topic of conversation one wants to have when getting a body scrub or massage; it is the exact opposite of relaxing. (Did I mention I've been sick ever since? Went in feeling healthy & by the time I got home a few hrs later, felt like I'd been hit by a bus, fever & chills kicked in soon thereafter. It's going on 2wks now.) Unless I absolutely cannot find an alternative, I don't think I'll be back. Went in to get rid of negative energy & instead got a heaping helping of someone else's. Not saying the svc was bad but I would advise anyone going for the first time to proceed w/caution. Unless you like hearing about death & other people's complaints/problems while trying to relax...then go for it! read more
