We had a birthday party for my son and his friends. The DM was perfect for these boys. Everyone was so excited even the ones who haven't played before. The cheers and laughter coming from the private room was all we needed to know they were having a great time. The menu planned was perfect as well as the fresh baked birthday cake. I have 3 boys that just got into playing magic. The manager Alexander help us so much and was so patient even though we kept on wanted more cards from the computer. They have a cold system, where you order your cards on the computer and then they bring them out to you. We did have to wait alittle but the we slam. We will come back to play and buy some more card. I had the most horrifying experience with this store! I preordered phantasmal flame back in august 2025 when they first open up their preorders. I called in and put my name and item list down for the preorders. I was one of the first few people to call in. When release day in nov came around when the set was release i called to check on my order they told me i was put on a overflow list wtf? I didn't get the products i put my name down for. A thought came to mind: The employees and owner of this company allowed people to cut in line even though i was first. I demanded to talk to the owner because i waited 2 months thinking that i was going to get my preorder of phantasmal flame i ordered. I was furious. Owner name "Zachary" called me and basically said there is nothing he can do. He basically said it was his employee was at fault for not telling me and i was fault because "no guranteed" they let local players get on the list first. Then why did u do a preorder list if u are not going to honor it? Note: There was no mention of this when i called in to preorder! Instead of priortizing and help me (his customer) get priority in on wave 2. He completely miss the point just straight up told me there's nothing he can do. C'mon as owner you cant do anything? Lies Basically this company is unethical and disgusting. Have no integrity and zachary (owner) your customer service sucks! As a local resident in vegas i will never step foot in your store again and i will not recommend anyone i know to your horribly ran store. This is my warning to you all! read more

First time I've ever been to a game store in Vegas. The store is super organized, spacious, and has a large singles collection. They had some Christmas specials going and after debating it with the employee for a few mins, I opted for a commander masters box for $199. He then spent a good while in the back, only to report that they were completely out. The guy working the counter was frankly not super friendly. I ended up buying a few singles and a box of mystery boosters. I dislike that they have a price for the single in their system, but then before selling it they check the market price and change it accordingly. Not all game stores do this, but this is still a fairly normal game store practice so I guess I can't complain too much. What I didn't like though was that they sold me my mystery booster box for $190. After I got home and opened it, I had the thought to just look to see what they cost elsewhere. To my surprise, you can easily find them for $140. If they check market value of singles, shouldn't they also be checking the market price for other products? read more

Always a good experience at this shop. We come in fairly often to chat and play Lorcana, and the staff are always so friendly and nice. Sometimes we buy merch, sometimes we don't, and they welcome us either way. They've never aimed to inflate price on newly released cards, and it seems their priority is keeping their customer base feeling supported and coming back to the shop. I love that vibe at a business when it's pretty hard to make a living these days, and they could easily choose to price their stock differently. Some days the shop can get a little overstimulating for me volume-wise since the gaming area isn't huge, but everyone there is having such a great time that I don't mind too much. We arrived about 20 minutes before closing, which is within the listed business hours, but were told we couldn't be helped as he was "done for the day" and that we can order online and come back the next day. It was frustrating to be turned away when trying to buy product and support a local business. If you're not going to honor your hours, that should be made clear and changed to the time you will be "done". On top of that, the shop had an unpleasant smell, which didn't help the experience. read more

My boyfriend is a huge nerd of the D&D, Magic variety (amongst other things) and he drags me around to many a game shop. He's been looking for one on my side of town now that he lives with me and I think he's now found his Mecca. We came in to ask one quick question and were there for over half an hour. This isn't a bad thing. The staff here is friendly (uber-friendly) and super knowledgeable. You can pretty much ask them anything and they will have an answer for you. Given the name you can probably surmise that role playing fantasy games are on the roster. They have other stuff too but not like a huge huge huge selection. I mean maybe they can order that version of Clue you like, ask em. I think playing the games is very important here as there are rooms to do so. They even have a soda fountain. The place is really clean and well taken care of. You can tell these people respect their jobs and what they do. We discovered this place less than two weeks ago and my BFs been there at least 3 times since. LOL! read more

I played here for my first time on Wednesday and had a really wonderful experience. I had called the week before looking for a stained glass swamp from the new Dominaria United Magic set that just came out on Sept. 9th. They didn't have any because it's so new, no biggie. Mike was super friendly over the phone & let me know if I was looking for a game of MTG commander that people were usually there playing every day & I could call first to check for players in the store. Really cool since I don't live close. I came in and was able to get in a good couple of games. Another employee Francisco played with me and he was also very helpful & friendly. It's a really big space to play in and they have lots of room. Also stocked with plenty of Magic cards to buy. I ended up meeting Mike in person there and we had a really great conversation. This is a hidden gem in Las Vegas. Every time I've walked in here (3x) they have had particular boardgames I was looking for. It's almost been magical. All the other gaming stores I frequent too much in the area, didn't have what I wanted, but Natural Twenty did. Their board game section isn't the biggest but it's a solid inventory and has yet to let me down. I'm not a big d & d guy but the setup looks pretty sweet for some long gaming sessions. Walked in being advised that they run Adventure League, and that there was no need to sign up. (There apparently is a signup, but where it is located we were not told by employees or the DMs). Got there, only one seat left for the one game they run. I let my boyfriend take it as he's been missing playing since he moved from Los Angeles, where he would DM regurlarly at Meltdown Comics. I sat there for an hour and a half on a dirty green couch, in which not a single employee said hello to me or made eye contact. I watched a young man come in, and was shown to the one full Adventure League game. Then after a brief introduction by, what I'm going to assume was one of the players (as it was not the DM), he turned around and left. Shortly after that interaction, I decided to just leave. I gave my boyfriend my keys and took a lyft home. When he got home, he informed me that the majority of the players at the adventure league game were DM's and did not want to open up another table to include more players at the store. TL;DR: They have a lot of Magic the Gathering, lots of formed clique groups, and I paid $30 to take a cab to just leave instead of waiting. Would have rather wanted to spend the money there playing but I guess I'm still looking for group. read more

Wednesday Nights at 7pm- approx 4 hours long. $11/game, includes a $5 store credit, drinks, and snacks. On the first day they will help you with character creation and set you up with a running group. They also mentioned having D&D on weekends, but Wednesdays work best for me so no need for me to inquire further. read more

This place is the Neiman Marcus of Game Shops. When you walk in you are greeted with beautiful women (or men with bowties) who fan you with palm fronds as you shop through the store while [Antonio Vivaldi- The Four Seasons- Spring- Allegro] loops in the background (it's worth a Google). During your shopping experience, the Owner or other staff will immediately oblige any request you may have, sometimes providing you with what you need before you even ask (very strange). Then once you've realized you spent more time in here than you intended, you'll most likely cancel whatever other plans you had just to stay even longer. In all seriousness, this place is easily a half hour away from me, but it's worth the drive for many reasons. Easily read in a bulleted list: -John (the proprietor) pours his heart and soul into this place, and you can tell. If you need something explained have a question or are just curious about something he'll teach or engage with you until you're satisfied. Kind of a bummer if you're casually playing a game with him and someone walks in but it's expected. -There's never an odd number for a tournament. Usually filled by a staff member if needed. -The player base here is very friendly, balanced, and casual while still being competitive. With that being said you don't run into the pedo combover guy, waifu shit, and I've yet to smell anyone with an obnoxious odor (even at pre-releases). -There's about 20 places to eat within 5 minutes. A couple within walking distance. -Clean store, more importantly clean bathrooms. It's also very open, can get to your seat without having to do the scuzi scuzi. -Free not shitty WiFi. -Board games to rent, and decks to rent for tournaments. -Plus there's a coke machine on deck. read more

I recently moved back to Las Vegas and was pleasantly surprised to see hobby shops have popped up in the area. Upon arriving to Natural Twenty, I became SUPER excited to see groups of people at tables socializing and games lined up right next to the entrance. The woman working in this store was kind and incredibly helpful, and I really enjoyed the display of magic cards. However, their selection on board games (with miniatures) was quite low, and when I asked to see their selection of paints, they were 1) in the back room and out of sight and 2) out of stock. I was a bit disappointed with this, which is why I am giving them a 4/5. But they've built a sense of community with their weekly game nights, and I appreciate that in a business. If you're going to this store expecting to buy a board game just save yourself the time and trouble and go somewhere else. I recently moved here and being a gamer with a large collection I checked out all of the local shops and this one was a major disappointment. They have very little for sale, they don't bother to put prices on all of the games they are selling and they are way overpriced! They charge $70 (MSRP) for a game that is $25 on Amazon or even $35 at Walmart, definitely not competitively priced. read more

Giving this place a 1 star because I left confused and a little furious. I went in at night when I was in the area. Pros: The place is pretty clean and the tables are the best I've ever seen. They have a really cool setup with cup holders and pads to lean on. The staff is mostly knowledgeable. The shop-game selection is pretty rad. They have regularly held games and magic tournaments from what I can tell. Very nice inventory spread. Cons: It was difficult to get the attention of the staff. They seem to hire people who have no clue about Magic or RPGs. That's pretty taboo at gaming shops from what I have always gathered. If I wasn't more savvy than I let on, the girl there (she may have been new) would have sold me the completely wrong cards. What she was trying to sell me (quite confidently), did not match up with what I said I needed. I know I said it was clean, but there was sticky soda next to the couches. Like somebody spilled a bunch of it and only cleaned what they thought was visible. There were also food crumbs on the tables. Other than those two things however, it was pretty kept up. All in all it's a great shop. If I were a local/regular I would rate them a bit better to try and help them out. I just can't get over a gaming store ignoring people at the counter while the staff plays games, and hiring staff for their cute face despite their lack of knowledge. I almost lost a lot of hard earned money. Good people mostly though from what I can tell. I don't know. I feel bad about the one star. Maybe I will take this diwn eventually. I just want my concerns addressed. And there doesn't seem to be any email link on their website. Don't take this rating as any reason not to shop here. This is a man who will play games with you when you come in, teach you the rules if he must and show you a good ol' American time. This is the kind of elite gaming store you grandfather fought for in WW2. People died for this kind of service and selection... and people truly live now that Natural 20 is a part of this great country. So know that no matter what walk of life you came from, creed or color and politics be damned - you come in as you are, but the person you are at Nat20 is the person you are going to be foe the rest of your life. In all seriousness, I live a half hour away and make the trip on a weekly basis for fun and games. I make the drive for one reason and one reason only. Credit. The credit that John gets for running the greatest gaming store this side of the River Jordan. The credit that goes to all our soldiers who can come home and take a load off in the luxury cigar room. The credit that every single winner of a Magic the Gathering tournament, young or old, big or small, foreign and domestic - can spend on singles, related product or just a good old fashioned entry into the next event.
