I really want to love this place....they have an excellent variety of deli choices that you wont find in your usual hood deli. However, the customer service is terrible. Few months ago , including today, I specifically asked for an item to be added to my sandwich. I asked specifically if you have "Sauerkraut" , in which they said yes. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and requested suakerrat to be added. They confirmed they have it and have added it. I walked almost 25 min back to my office-no Sauerkraut. I called the Deli Owner/worker behind the counter. I was so specificic this time and was taken aback that this happened a second time, same scenario. I asked how this could be rectified, further explaining that this happened twice with the same issue. First time, they lied and said they had it and never added it (went back later that day brought the sandwich in and exchanged it for a lunch platter which was tasteless). Today- They requested I come back for a $1 refund. I explained that does add up, taking the bus and /or walking 20 min for $1 is not helpful. The food is great. The staff is quick and accommodating to your needs. I have had a bad meal from there yet.
