Very rude and impatient . Had an appt today and was told that my insurance didn't pay for my last…read morevisit and I would have to pay cash 250.00 for the last one plus cash for today's. I said no way I'm paying cash when there's no reason that my insurance would not pay. Eventually they got their printer working and when I asked him to scroll down, they could see where they were reimbursed. I told the Dr I was surprised she even billed for that treatment since because of crossed wires and over booking, she only spent 15 minutes doing an intake so we made an appointment to finish it. After saying that she said she couldn't work with me because I didn't trust trust her for questioning the payment she got that she said she didn't , and she turned and walked away. Would not recommended to anyone.
