Again today, I am leaving this review because a store should post their hours correctly when customers are going out of their way to shop. This has happened to me too many times to support this business again. The store owner claims he can mail me items but I already arrived in Rehoboth to shop. It makes no sense why this store is still in business if it's never opened and they only want to ship gummies. I bought gummies before over summer and the ny worker failed to tell me that they were the highest strength in the store or to split them up, the reaction was very unpleasant!

Horrible customer service…read more Ordered on-line, order accepted, received email saying the order was sent to and being prepared by the store and confirming the pick up time. Then received an email AND text saying the reservation is ready for pickup. Arrived at the shop at the appointed time, after driving 45 miles, only to be told that items in the order (an order that was accepted, confirmed, and was READY FOR PICK UP) were unavailable. There was no email or text advising that anything in the order was unavailable and there was more than an hour to send a message advising that the status had changed. Just a guy that gives the customer this: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. To make matters even worse, someone representing the shop phoned and in the guise of trying to "resolve" the issue, blamed the Maryland Cannabis Administration for the problem, made an untrue claim that the clerk was "cursed out" and then offered an invitation to return to discuss other options available and ensure that "the 15% veterans discount in your profile" would be applied to future orders. When informed that the customer is not a veteran and that a veterans discount should not be in the profile, the response was something to the effect that he "could be looking at the wrong profile." Ponderous. Absolutely ponderous. Since Hi Tide is blaming this on the MCA, and taking zero responsibility, I'll advise them of this situation. This is a heavily regulated industry and shenanigans like this (poor record keeping, not removing "restricted" items from inventory, etc. should be investigated and audited
