Cyndi is the best housekeeper I've ever had. She makes her own natural cleaning products . . . no toxins. She was even kind enough to share how she makes them. Cyndi is lucky to have 2 stars from me after my experience. Unprofessional and rude. My wife found this place and was impressed by the reviews, understandably. I was the one home during the first (and only) cleaning with Cyndi and her helper. I am a very detailed person and therefore prepared a small list of notes for things that I wanted to make sure were done. For example, using our towels, using our vacuum and such. Nothing crazy, just basic stuff. I went over this list personally with Cyndi before I left them alone to clean. When I came back, there were a few areas that were noticeably missed by the vacuum on the tile downstairs. I asked that it be gone over quickly which she grudgingly agreed to do. However, even after direction from me, proceeded to use the vacuum with the brush bar rotating. I had showed her earlier that it was not to be used on tile, only carpet as directed by the manufacturer. She didn't care, just wanted out of there. Then came time for payment. My wife had specifically spoken to her about what payment types were okay. Check was okay but cash was preferred. Well too bad, I had a check and that's where the stink really began. She claimed that she had told my wife it was to be cash only, a lie. I told her that I only had the check. She wanted to make sure that it was with her bank so that she could cash it (obviously not a legit business at this point) which just happened to be, supposedly. Still though, she made it clear about how she would now have to drive to the bank and cash the check so that she could pay her helper. Your problem lady, not your customers. After she left I checked my notes. Absolutely nothing had been payed attention to. She cared nothing of my requests, only to get in and out and with cash in hand. This is an absolutely rotten place to work with and far from a business. Stay away, plenty of professionals in this industry. read more

Cyndi was running late for our appointment and texted me right away to let me know she was running a little late. I know things sometimes happen beyond our control and felt it was good business Cyndi contacted me to let me know well before our appointment time. Cyndi and Teresa are thorough and eager to please. I needed a "move out" cleaning which means a thorough cleaning for potential new tenants. The condo was in need of a thorough cleaning. After my initial inspection there were just a couple of things that were missed. Cyndi and Teresa were on top of it as soon as I pointed them out. I very rarely rate any place or service a 5 rating as I believe there is always room for improvement and no one is perfect. With this said, a 4 rating is an excellent rating. We've had maybe 5-6 professional cleans since we moved into our house 3 years ago, but Cyndi's was by far the most thorough. My house was pretty clean to begin with, but she knew I had a houseguest coming that evening and wanted the place spotless, so she scrubbed for HOURS. I have a 1-year-old and an asthmatic cat (I know), and I was so pleased that she used natural, nontoxic products. My house didn't smell like bleach and artificial fragrance when she was done; it smelled fresh and inviting. I hired Cyndi Morhaim of Naturally Clean OC at the last minute after my cleaners once again didn't didn't show up on the scheduled time leaving me scrambling to clean the house in less than 24hrs before family was visiting. An added bonus is Cyndi's company specializes in natural non toxic cleaners. As someone who tries to eat only organic this was a plus. Another bonus she is an American citizen and native english speaking. This was a breath of fresh air because several cleaning companies have sent cleaners to our house in the past where I couldn't communicate what needed to get done because they didn't speak english. Regards to her work, Cyndi showed up on time, with all her supplies was professionally dressed and mannered. She worked really hard nothing was beneath her. She might not be fast but this is good because she is very thorough. I take this over fast any day. She pays attention to details many cleaners I hired in the past miss. To many of the cleaning companies these days come in and out of the house in less than an hour doing a terrible cleaning and paying attention more how many clients they can squeeze in a day and their pocketbook versus doing a good job. This is not Cyndi, she cleaned cobwebs and stains my regular cleaners missed week after week. I decided to try Naturally Clean OC based off of reviews saying how she used natural products that used essential oils. She was quick to respond with a quote for a deep clean of my townhouse prior to truly moving in. The place had already been professionally cleaned when the prior tenants moved out but there were still lingering odors, dust, and spots that had been missed. Cyndi texted me before the appointment to let me know her estimated arrival time and kept my husband updated since he would be there to let her in. When I dropped in to unpack more boxes shortly after she had begun cleaning, I immediately noticed how great the place was smelling. She was super friendly and was okay working around my toddler and myself as I unpacked and set up stuff for the townhouse. Together with her partner they cleaned out the kitchen including the microwave, stove, and refrigerator as well as bathrooms, inside and outside cabinets and closets and steamed and vacuumed the floors. I never write reviews really, but found my self finding it useful for myself to read others opinions as I've been having trouble finding someone that doesn't cut corners. Only because of that I feel I have to write a review. I was very excited to use Cyndi and her company as I have 3 kids and want to use good cleaning products. She came by herself to clean my house and it was supposed to be a first time deep clean and more expensive. She was there for only 4 hours by herself and I have a 3200sqft home. Usually 3 girls stay 3 hours. She had to rush away and hardly vacuumed and mopped. I found dust pretty much every where and she couldn't make the beds properly. She broke a wine glas and also ripped one of my kids sheets and also a pillow case with out telling.. She never vacuumed the couch as I asked and the windows she cleaned are super spotty and they look worse then before especially in the sun. She forgot to vacuum one of the rooms and didn't take rugs out. She was hardworking but promised to much and should have told about broken stuff.. I expect a deep clean to be very good. I'm very picky and I told her that. She maybe did 50% of what she promised. I'm bummed.. read more

Cyndi and Victoria came last week for a deep clean, my house had gross thick layers of dust and needed some major TLC. They were here when they said they would be and even before that cyndi was so responsive to my many questions (I'm a cleaning service newbie).
