Great customer service but the gel wasn't something we couldn't just get ourselves and they didn't use anything to protect my gums from the whitening gel and at one point some of my gum tissue started burning where she accidentally dropped the whitening gel. Another pro is that we experienced no sensitivity since we opted for the hybrid option. read more

Very disappointed with the Sugar Land location. We've been going to the Galleria location for over 5 years. Decided to try out this location because it was $100 off. We booked the couples teeth whitening. We had an appointment and was told they were overbooked 15 minutes later. The young lady asked if we wanted to reschedule? We're used to being in a room but this location is all open with dividers. Our session started 30 minutes late. Although we already know what or to do, neither one of the ladies explained it to us again. As we were leaving, I was asked how I wanted to pay? I said, I always purchase the gift cards online. She said at this location, you pay in person. Why did I click to purchase online and was prompted to put in my address for the gift card? She said they just hold the appointment with a card but didn't charge my card. We ended up leaving 2 hours later and we were late for our next scheduled appointments. This is our first and last time dealing with this location. read more
