So far my appointment was 12:30pm and its now 10:12pm and I have not felt any pain or sensitivity (which I was nervous for). Update: Its been 23 days and I have experienced no sensitivity to this day which is a plus because that was something I was nervous about. however I am updating my review to inform yall my teeth are no longer as white as when I first went. As soon as we walked in, the smell of feces was permeating the entire office. There was no sign of a sewage leak or anything, no mention of it or apology for it. It was so incredibly unpleasant having to sit for over an hour in that. It was nauseating. On top of that, nothing was explained to me. I had to ask each step such as "am I allowed to eat after?" "How long does it take" "what it entails". Every time I asked a question differentiating the types of whitening, her responses were very scripted and unhelpful. I asked if the "boost" strengthens my teeth and she wouldn't give me a yes or no, just kept saying it reduces sensitivity, but that's not what I'm asking. I told her I don't have sensitive teeth, but half way through the process I realized that the whitening was making my teeth more sensitive and that was the point of the boost. She didn't know how to explain anything. Furthermore, she told me there is a long list of foods I need to avoid but when I asked if they would give a list she said they don't have a written list of what to avoid. I was pretty nervous about the experience initially, and wondering whether to do this through naturally white or through the dentist, but I'm so glad I went through these folks and had such a great experience! I wanted to have a session before getting a tooth implant to get a whiter shade on my teeth before the implant. I lifted approx 5 shades post visit, and no sensitivity during the session. I chose the hybrid and had 3 sessions of 20 minutes, Brenda (the really helpful assistant) switched on the blue light during the three sessions to boost the whitening effects. Overall, I was nervous about sensitivity, but they used protective gel on my gums. Just note that your lips may get dry during the process (but they also use vitamin E oil to moisturize). There was no difference. I got the next level whitening (I forget what they call it.) There was no change. Nothing. I realized half way through that the light wasn't even over my mouth. When the treatment ended she said I didn't need the more expensive treatment and should have done to basic one. If I wasn't a decent person I would have went off. She charged me for the more expensive whitening that didn't work even though she knew I didn't need it. Save your money and go elsewhere. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE COME ACROSS. I am not the type to leave reviews, but I am so dissatisfied and disappointed in the customer service of this place. I have been looking for places to get my teeth whitened for the first time for over a year, and I came across naturally white teeth whitening on Instagram. Eventually buckled down and decided to book an appointment for myself and my mother. I booked an appointment about a month in advance to have this done because I'm going on a trip. The day of the appointment I called in the morning to ask if I can have my appointment pushed back an hour. The representative said that would not be possible that they are fully booked for the day which I accepted and said OK I will keep my original appointment. (Sidenote, I work night shift, and just got off work the same morning. I sleep during the day.) I set my alarm to wake up an hour before my appointment is scheduled but unfortunately somehow I didn't wake up to the alarm. Immediately I woke up. I called the establishment to try and reschedule because there was no way I was going to make my initial original appointment on time. I called this place over 20 times. Throughout the day to try and reschedule. And no one answered the call. No one called me back. I sent a text message stating I would like to reschedule my appointment. No one reached out even though they had an automated message that stated somebody would reach out shortly but no one did. after numerous attempts of trying to call and straighten out this problem, I had one of my friends use their phone and call the establishment and they answered on the first ring. I called immediately after, and they ignored my call and sent it straight to voicemail. My friend called again and they stopped picking up her calls. I called both numbers I had with them in between and still no response just straight to voicemail. I had a different friend call again and on the first ring they answered after I was connected through the three-way call they hung up and stopped answering my call and my second friend phone call again. What type of establishment does that? Extremely unprofessional behavior, I don't understand what I did wrong. I'm sorry I missed the appointment but that shouldn't equate to me having my phone calls flagged, and ignored and being sent straight to voicemail. Like it's so rude!! I want to cancel my mother's appointment too, because I can't fathom me still paying money to an establishment that operates like this. It's extremely unfortunately. DO BETTER!!! read more

My second time getting my teeth whitened here and my first experience few years ago was way better. Got the $100 for hybrid cosmetic whitening deal from my e-mail, my teeth became 4-5 shades lighter than when I came in which are nice results but I left with two chemical burns to inside of my lips and my teeth were so so so sensitive all day. Luckily today they are not as sensitive. Also I felt like I couldn't write a true review until now because they offered a free whitening stick for writing a yelp review and the person at the register checked to see if I wrote the review before giving it to me and I was worried she would read it Service was not up to par since before they changed management. Wish the old manager was there because the service was better before. The person who whitened my teeth left me in the room for each 20 min segment and came inside at the end only to make comments like "oh wow your lip was on the gel the entire time you didn't keep your mouth open enough" and the second time she came at the end to re apply the gel and said the same thing. I really enjoyed the quick and friendly service here. The process is easy. An oil is applied to your lips & gums and then a plant based gel onto your teeth. A UV light is then placed over your teeth for I believe 15-20 minutes or so (I forget), and then those steps are repeated a few more times. The whitening takes about an hour and only costed $100. And who is going to leave a 1 star review right in front of them... lol. Well I was honestly a 5 star review until about 2-3 hours post treatment. I started getting a random feeling in my teeth that felt like a nerve was struck. It would go away after a few minutes and then return occasionally. At about 4-5 hours post treatment, I had full-blown intense level 10/10 nerve pain in all of my teeth. Imagine the feeling of biting into ice cream and the way that the coldness strikes the nerves of your teeth for a few seconds... except that pain on every single tooth for 7 hours straight. Worth noting that I had not ate or drank a single thing, except for water, post treatment. They told me to expect "some sensitivity" to foods in the next day or two, but what I experienced was on a whole other level. I was desperate for relief. 1000mg of extra strength Tylenol, a desensitizing mouthwash, and even a numbing toothache gel later, and absolutely no relief was had. I actually considered going to the ER just for some strong pain meds because ANYTHING that would've made the pain even slightly less, would have been worth it. Fortunately, I ended up passing out in exhaustion and the next morning I was at probably a 3/10 as far as pain. Now, two days later, I'm mostly back to normal. Please be very wary before deciding to do this treatment. Everything was great... until it wasn't. I 100% regret getting this service. read more

I went in to have my teeth whitened (a little birthday treat) just like everyone else, hoping for the same great results I saw pictures of. People were talking about 4-12 shades lighter naturally! How can I pass that up! The receptionist/girl who applies the gel is very nice and checks in on you. The product on the other hand... well... it bites... I went maybe 1 - 1.5 shades lighter? Then I had white spots all around the edges of my teeth that I was told would go away in 24-48 hours as well as get whiter in the next 24 hours. My teeth have NOT whitened (or lifted as they say) in 24 hours. The spots or calcium deposits that actually whitened unlike my teeth have not faded. My smile looks worse than when I initially went in, in my opinion. I rather have my teeth one shade darker and a solid color rather than one shade lighter with a bunch of white around my teeth.
