My sessions always goes smoothly. You can pick the level of gel you want. My session usually takes one hour. The staff is always friendly and attentive. They help make the process goes smoother. You can also enjoy Netflix during your session. It helps the time goes by much quicker. Touch up sessions are also easy and affordable. Afterward, they give you thorough instructions on what you should eat and not eat. I do experience sensitivity after a few hours later but it usually goes away the next day. My technician Monica was very nice and knowledge my teeth came out 5 shades whiter! The overall experience was great, the process is a bit annoying I won't lie.... your mouth ends up getting tired and your teeth and gums get extremely sensitive but it fades fast which is great. I am an avid Crest white strip user and this did seem to get my teeth a lot whiter for around the same cost. I would recommend it before any big event where photos will be taken. I have been doing extensive research on teeth whitening for a while now, as I have a formal coming up and I wanted to whiten my teeth to have a dazzling smile for that night. At first I knocked this place off of my list because of the lack of reviews. However, after an unpleasant visit at the dentist, I decided to stop by just to get info when I saw this place at the mall. The lady at the front desk was very informative and very helpful. Excellent customer service. I am not sure if they are understaffed, but she was the only employee I saw. However, she managed all three clients at the same time efficiently and attentively. The first thing you have to understand is that this place is NOT a dentist or dental hygienist. It's more of a beauty/esthetician place. Because of this, what they use to whiten your teeth is hydrogen peroxide and a blue light for your choice of duration. They have three sessions: a 20 min, 40 min, or 60 min session, if I remember correctly. The prices are a little steep but I believe it is worth it. The process: you come in, and they sit you down. The whole procedure was explained to me step by step and she made sure I understood what was going to happen. Also, the rooms have a tv where you can watch a movie. Very entertaining, and a big plus. I will be honest, at first, I didn't see much of a result. However, as the day went by, I did notice my teeth getting whiter. This exact thing was explained to me as well, prior to me leaving my session. The next day, my teeth were looking fantastic!! I loved the results. I definitely will be coming back. Anyway, they do a good job of explaining post-session instructions. The run down: no eating or drinking for two hours after the procedure, but water is permitted. Avoid consuming foods that will stain your teeth for that week. Very clear and straightforward. Note: if you have sensitive teeth, you WILL experience sensitivity. I have extremely sensitive teeth but still made this choice to go through with this (understanding the consequences) because I really wanted this done. I endured suffering the sensitivity for the whole day, and the next day I woke up with no sensitivity whatsoever AND I had whiter pearls.
