I don't have any problems I've already had my wisdom teeth out. So they told me that I couldn't get my teeth cleaned because I'm not doing the x-rays so my understanding is they want to do x-rays to get more money out of me because let's say they did find something wrong with something on the x-rays they would still have to have my permission to proceed to go forward to whatever they found. So if I told them no, I don't wanna do anything whatever they found they would say OK and they would clean my teeth so there's really no point on taking the x-rays if I don't proceeded to go forward with whatever they would find and don't forget I don't have any problems so why are you forcing me to do x-rays because they need or want more money. It's sad because they always have excuse saying all they don't wanna lose their license or blah, blah blah, even though the contracted paperwork at the beginning that we signed saying that we can't do anything, even if they broke a tool in our mouth. It's just bothers me that these corporations use these tactics to manipulate us into spending more money in reality it doesn't benefit us. And it's sad because I love this place but once you start adding more stuff just to get money out of my pockets when I've been going here for probably 5-6 years and never had a issue. they need to listen to their clients and their patients more than whatever they're trying to push on us, because at the end of the day we were the ones that pay their bills. To fix my bite. I was sent to a chiropractor for a massage. Then after teeth cleaning, i was told i needed a sonogram in order to see what needed to be done. Another 250. Then i was told that it would cost 60,000.00 to fix my alignment in my jaw. I might have felt better if he had said take your sonogram . Perhaps i could take it to another dentist. He said my partial was lose on one tooth so no good, can't take it off and would have to be replaced. The staff was wonderful, and the dentist s were seemingly good, but the cost was freaking crazy high! The place is amazing, so if you have a ton of money i guess it would be great, but for me, retired teacher, the experience was embarrassing to say the least. I even said can you give me another alternative, like not the Lexis version, but maybe the Toyota version that cost less. But no! I left feeling yucky, like do i mortgage my house for my teeth? Lol not at 72! Just to be clear, my negative review was all about price and how different it was like call backs on information or for appointment s after I questioned if we could do a less expensive route. The place and people were really over nice and the equipment was top of the line. I would have loved for them to do the work because I felt comfortable there the first time i went.

He also has a friendly way of making conversation that keeps the appointment warm and lively. The staff is wonderful as well. Every staff member I've interacted with has been welcoming, supportive and kind. They never made me feel pushy but have guided me thoughtfully, keeping my best interest in mind. Hopefully this continues! The clinic itself is very clean and well maintained. The karge screens in the rooms are a nice touch, making it visually attractive and the experience even more comfortable.
