It also caused me to miss out on purchasing one as they are super limited. Once refunded they changed the price to $429.95 lol I'd advise to stay clear away from the shop. Fast forward to date, I have NOT received my order and after a number of calls (7) to Richard, I have not received my refund! Credit card was charged for the purchase but after a few weeks there was still no package. Called the store and had a very rushed conversation with the owner who seemed to be bothered since I called him while he was at a train show. Told me he would get to it on Monday. Several more weeks passed and I called again. Less than pleasant owner again- trying to get off the phone as quickly as possible- Reported he could not get the item "Nobody has it" (why would you post it for sale if you never had it in the first place?). No explanation as to why he hadn't called, emailed, canceled the order. Assured me he would refund the purchase. Here we are in April- no refund. Terrible customer service all around. Would not buy from here again.
