Normally I LOVE this store and was looking forward to finding all the goodies I usually pick up at the Irvine Spectrum location. However, this location in Rancho Cordova was a totally different experience! You'll find it at the back end of the food court inside the KP International Market. Lots of parking available but could get a bit crazy on holidays and weekends. As I was walking up to the entrance, I had high hopes that I would find the one product I'm running low on: an SPF sunstick. There's a little table to the right where you place your shopping bags (if you have any from the market or food court). They also have hand sanitizer for you to use before entry. I visited on 3.6.2022 around lunch time. There were 2 ladies at the counter, none of whom greeted me. As they talked, I walked around looking at products and they did not at any time come out from behind the counter to ask if I needed assistance. I was disappointed that they did not have much product in stock. I suppose the whole covid thing may have something to do with delayed shipments and whatnot, but it was sad to see some empty shelves. After looking over everything, I walked out buying 2 things. When I got up to pay, I asked one of the ladies if they had any products from their Snail line or the sunsticks. She replied, "We're all out of those." And with that I paid and left. She wasn't very friendly and made no attempt to check on when they would be getting them. She didn't try to offer similar products either. After leaving the store, I realized I didn't even check in on Yelp, but it's all good because it wasn't worth it. Shopping experience is a night and day difference compared to Irvine Spectrum! The ladies there are always so nice and helpful. Can't say the same for this location. Will I be back? Maybe. If I do, I'll update my review. Til then, I hope you can find your goodies elsewhere with better service! read more

On Halloween my boyfriend and I stopped in to purchase some face masks we enjoy doing together as a couple and a face wash to clear my skin. Greeted by their sweet staff member, she recommended their Tea Tree Mask Sheets and the Bee Venom Cleansing Face Wash which is suitable for both acne and sensitive skin types. Since using the face wash I have seen some improvement and have been using a combination of the Bee Venom Emulsion Cream and Been Venom Toner samples she gave us as well. I was excited to try this product! Bee Venom surprisingly has a lot of natural health benefits, it helps gets rid of wrinkles and acne, firms up saggy skin and helps with inflammation and pain as well! Bee venom/bee sting therapy, has been around for decades, treating a variety diseases and medical issues. And this is why they're my favorite insect, don't get me started on all the health benefits of honey! I would recommend this location located inside of KP International Market and we'll be back to try more of their products. I've heard they have a nice lipstick line as well! read more

Neat little shop that sells Shisedo and Nature Republic beauty products. It is located inside the building next to the KP Market food court in Rancho Cordova. The shop is super clean and appealing to the eye, very department store high end cosmetic counter look and vibe. Nature Republic is a Korean beauty line that brands itself on striving to use the most natural ingredients at the most reasonable prices. If you are feeling that you are being watched, most likely you are. Since the shop is not that big, the super friendly clerks are nearby brimming with eagerness to help you and answer any questions. I adore their infectious enthusiasm and chatty demeanor! But they also get it if you just want to be left alone to browse. All of them are well versed in the products. I can't get enough of NR's face masks which are mostly priced at $2 with some running higher up to $5. I also like their foot exfoliating mask $6. Don't get confused with the foot moisturizing mask. Follow the directions, the exfoliating mask will slough off the skin on your feet within 5-7 days. All the product packaging is mainly in Korean, but don't fret... look closely, they do have instructions and ingredients written in English also. #NatureRepublicRanchoCordova read more

Nature Republic - Facial masks $2-$5 - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Rancho Cordova, California

Worst customer service ever. I went in with my daughter hoping to introduce her to skincare in a positive way and the woman there was so mean and dismissive. Barely wanted to answer a question and pointed us towards aloe gel...like that's a large leap down from cerave. My poor girl left so sad, and after looking at reviews I see we're not alone. Side note, after we left she closed the store easily 1 1/2 early. read more

8/5/2017: Nature Republic . . . When I think of Nature Republic, I think about all the plethora of Myeong-Dong Shopping District's shopping trips from Sokcho, Gangwon Province to Seoul, South Korea which all were exciting, memorable trips; however, I was saddened when I left South Korea leaving my favorite cosmetic, go-to store behind . . . Permanently leaving my love-affair receiving free schwag every time I visited Nature Republic . . . AND also, receiving the "other" cosmetic stores' products such as Tony Moly, Lee Seung-Gi's cosmetic endorsed shops giving "free-service (that's Korean English, ok?)" equating giving free schwag for shopping at their cosmetic stores. Oh-Mo! What am I going to do, since leaving my beloved Nature Republic in South Korea????? As far as I knew, there are no Nature Republic shops in California or anywhere in United States . . . I was so devastatingly sad~waaaaah. I asked two of my South Korean friends to at least, just open a "few stores" in California: "CHEBAL=PLEASE (begging) . . ." Waiting, waiting, waiting~"Yah! Otokay???? Chebal, oooh, chebal?" Staring at them with puppy-dog eyes . . . But, what is "it" about Nature Republic, eh? I guess their moisturizers, sunscreens, shampoos, conditioners, and make-up collections do not botch my skin type. Weird, eh? I still use Lancome and Borghese because I had NO choice reverting using their skin care collection . . . Yet, Lancome painfully stings my facial skin while Borghese is way too heavy, greasy for my skin type; however, Nature Republic's skin care and make-up are so very gentle, kind to my skin type, their entire skin care and make-up collections are so ridiculously affordable, and now, I discovered there's a Nature Republic located at KP in Rancho Cordova! I'm elated: I bought a burgundy-red lipstick and black mascara that never clumps costing just $13.00 plus, some extra change purchasing both plus, I received a free bubble bath packet which I'll definitely use! Moreover, I won't have to fly to South Korea visiting Nature Republic in Myeong-Dong~YAY!!!!! Still, if, I do travel to Seoul, South Korea, you'll know where to find me, right?! Right! Komowo, Chingus~komowo! read more

I really love how simple their shop is and how neat and organized everything is placed. They often sanitize the area as soon as they can in between each customer and they're always standing by to make sure you'll receive assistance if needed. Their price range for the brand is alright compared to other kbrands but so far for my first time trying out their cushion foundation and lip tint, they work really well with my skin type (combo more on the oily side). It did not cake up at all or crack! Just make sure you prep your skin well, like you should with any other foundation. They have a lot of decent items at their sales table that are nearly more than 50% off. She gave me plenty of free samples and even an NCT sticker sheet as a gift because they were holding an event for fans I think. There will be pop-up displays of the members when there's an active event. read more

As much as I've shopped in KP, I've never once notice at the corner of the food court there's a Nature Republic, as I only do grocery shopping at KP. My daughter decides she wants to check out Nature Republic and since her birthday is in a couple days, I allowed her to splurge quite a bit. While my daughter is shopping, I'm browsing the many different skincare products they carry. It's a huge selection might I add. The prices can range from average in price to Good Lord that's a lot of money! While I was shopping we were greeted and the staff did ask if, I need help with anything, which of I didn't but my daughter might. The store is cute inside as well a nice lighting. Everything is packaged nicely. Finally, my daughter finished her shopping and and come back with a hand cart full of skincare products. I'm looking like what is she going to do with all this product at once? Lol! I checkout and the cashier gives us a ton of free skin and body care samples. Sweet! I'd definitely come back if my daughter wants to get her products her again. It was a nice shopping experience and didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy. read more

I've been to Nature Republic a few times to look for KBeauty products. They're located inside the KP International Food Court, in the corner next to a boba shop. It's a really unusual place to put a beauty store because I would not think to look in there. The first time I came here, I only found it because other Yelpers mentioned the location in their reviews. They usually only carry their brand items as well as a limited number of other products so I've only been able to get a handful of items here. Mostly, I stick to the Nature Republic brand itself, but, I'm pretty loyal to my KBeauty brands so I only come here when I'm looking for products that I don't care about the brand, like face and foot masks. They also have make-up and nail polish here which I've also tried. Since it's out of the way for me, I would only come to Nature Republic if I'm in the area or happen to be at KP International. read more

I came in earlier today and got myself two hand cremes/lotions. I got them in peach and lime and they smelt so good! I browsed the entire store and was a bit disappointed because the pictures on yelp gave the feel like there were more products they there actually was. I was going to get some hand sanitizer too, but they only had two scents and only a small amount. So that made me really sad too. The hand creme was buy one get one (1+1 on their sign) which was awesome! So it made two hand cremes for less then $10! The employees asked me a few times if I needed help while I was browsing, and they seemed really friendly. She even explained the samples she gave me when I was at the register! Anyways, will totally come again when in the area or if in need of nicely scented hand lotions! read more

Love this place. I live an hour away and don't mind making the drive just to shop their line. Customer service is great. They're friendly once you walk in, they don't hassle you as you browse the store and are very helpful when you do need their help. At checkout, they've always added an extra sample or gift to my bag based off of what I've purchased. In terms of products, I've been very happy with the results. It's really the only line I use regularly as it works great with my skin. Definitely recommend! read more

Why Exo why!! With their faces on so many products, I want to buy up everything. I was super happy that this store gives out posters and stuff when you purchase up to a certain amount. I typically come here when I'm out of products so I usually buy a lot. Best thing here is the Aloe moisturizer, you get super moisturized skin and no stickiness. It's the best during summer because it's super cooling and it's also perfect for burns. I typically buy the 4 pack everytime I come here. The nail polishes are adorable, decently priced and a lot of choices for color. My one complaint about the polishes are that they go on a bit thick. There are so many options for face mask, but of course, I bought all the ones that had Exo on it. I love the masks not only because they have Exo on it but they also make my face feel as smooth as a baby's bottom. I can just go on and on about all the products they have but all I'll do is just rave about it. I haven't had a negative experience with anything so far for the past 4 years I've used NR products. Service wise, sometimes you'd have to wait a bit for someone to help you but I don't mind waiting a little bit. Anything for Exo :) Final Thoughts: Yes I'm a crazy fangirl but I'm glad I tried NR products before Exo appeared on them. I wish there are more NR stores around but at least I can come here every so often. read more

I've only been here once and spent nearly an hour sifting through every item in the store. Everything seemed so interesting! I'm knocking off a star in my rating. They are getting stingy on giving out Shisedo samples to paying customers. I am a regular, I come in every other month dropping at least $60 on Shisedo each time. I came in last month to replenish my Shisedo suncare products. My regular gal was not working that day, my mistake. I purchased a couple of Shisedo items, my subtotal nears $64. I ask if there are any samples, she gives me 1 plastic magazine insert sample size of sunscreen. Good grief! I told her my regular gal gives larger sample sizes. She told me if I bought $70 or more, I get the free gift. She than tells me that the sample I got was really good. At this point, I just paid for my items and left. I'll not be coming back, since this is out of the way for me and the customer service has declined. But this place is still a great place to shop for Nature Republic items. Just be aware that you may get more service at the Shisedo cosmetics counter in department stores vs here. read more

I went on April 14, 2016. The employees were nice and very welcoming. They didn't follow me and my sister around the whole time while we're there but they did ask us any help and about all the deals they had. Some of the deals they had were great prices but the deals tricks you! For instance the exo members hand cream, they were "buy one ($8.95) get one free" and you may think oh i buy one box of any member and get another box of any member for free.. when you only buy one and there's "another bottle for free inside". so i bought two boxes and they charged me the second box so i went back in to ask about the deal and the lady did told me there's one free h bottle in the box but i forgot right after she told me when i was looking through the store. so i got my refund back. same thing with the nail polishes! she told me buy the nail polishes were "buy three get one free" and the nail polishes were marked as regular price on my receipt but didn't want to return them bc the colors i chose were so cute. they were $1-2 each. so i guess it was the top shelf only that are the "b3gof". also saw other reviews mentioned about getting some free exo goodies when you spend certain amount of money. the amount of money you have to spend is $100 like what the h*ll that's too much. maybe next time when i save $$$ and buy more of exo hand creams, face masks, and skin care products :( i wanted some free exo goodies. they should at least give one free exo goodie if you buy a exo product like me.. but they did give me tons of free mini samples of moisturizer creams, bb cream, and etc. will definitely come back and do recommend stopping by if you love kbeauty and kskin care products! read more

I've finally found my go-to source for all of my skin care and makeup products--and it's not 9,000 km away! This Nature Republic is just like the ones in South Korea. This store offers a full selection of Nature Republic products at very reasonable prices (comparable to the prices in South Korea and better than online prices). Service was great! The kind lady that greeted us was very patient, attentive and knowledgeable about the products. Personally, I really like their botanical pencil eyeliners (they're smudge-proof!), lip colors, and Aqua Max moisturizer. FOR EXO FANS: If you spend a certain amount ($25 or above), you can get special Nature Republic EXO merchandise with your purchase (clear file, poster, fan, etc.). The gifts vary based on the amount that you spend. They also offer the EXO color-changing tinted lip balms here! read more

This is a great shop. If you are new to the Korean beauty scene (as I was before this store opened) you definitely need to check this place out. Also, it's a good place to browse while you are waiting for your food order from the food court. They have great products at reasonable prices. The staff is very knowledgeable of the products and are helpful with selections. Almost all products have a "tester" available to try. My personal favorites are the hand creams and lip gloss. Also, they have a face masks that hydrate your face under 30 minutes with several types - i usually go with the Aloe formula as my face is typically dry (under $5). Also i like the foot bootie (in the mask section on the bottom row). Again, at just about $5, you soak your feet in the plastic booties and within a week your dead skin sloughs off and you have baby soft skin again... Seriously, works really well. Usually, the staff will add a couple of samples for you to try based on your purchase. Since they are very friendly, and they usually offer you tips or try to offer the "testing" of products they will tailor the samples based on what you may have been looking at in the store. With a $25 purchase you also get a bonus item - small things like a folder with the EXO IPOP boy band or a paper cut-out that you can stand on your desk. A nice added bonus. read more

Im not really a fan of nature republic but I am a fan of korean skincare. And this is the only korean cosmetics store that I know of in my area therefore i come here a lot. The sheet masks are super hydrating. I tried all of them and don't notice any particular difference between each mask other than the smell. I come here to buy almost all of my skincare products. They give you samples depending how much you spend. One thing I don't like about this store is how uncomfortable the customer service makes me feel. The korean lady who helps me every time I come in always follows me around and sometimes she would point out some product. If you can't find this place, it's located near the back of KP International, where the food court is. (I almost panicked when I drove 2+ hours and couldn't see it.) Prices here are much better than prices in LA (about 1/3 cheaper). BUT they are so stingy with samples. You have to buy at least $25 dollars worth of products to get samples, which is NOT the point of samples. :( This store also carries items that I have never seen in the LA stores, including my favorite face masks, priced at $1.90. I even tried looking them up on Amazon, and they're about 5 dollars for 2, which is not something I'm willing to pay. Also... I bought 30 sheet masks in total after trying one from my initial purchase. I would drive back again just for those sheet masks. They aren't sticky :O But still, please give out more samples. I spent well over 50 dollars and only got those tiny snail solution samples. They used to give out the huge bag of goodies to people who spent that much money. TT^TT read more

I love the products here! I live like 45 minutes away so when i'm in the area, i definitely treat myself and buy a lot of things. My favorite would be the Aloe Vera products! I love the new one items they have in stock, different kinds of masks I can try and the hand moisturizer! My total would always be pricy and sometimes i'd get different kinds of freebies and trials to try on. The argan shampoo and conditioner from my previous visit made me buy the product, so I always appreciate the trials that they give out. Today, Nicole, the cashier was helping me seems like a sweet girl, but when I asked about the trial items that they used to give out, she wasn't sure so she asked I guess at the time who was in charge of the store and she got all worked up and raised her voice like i was trying to scam them saying that's all they carry. I'm not begging you to give me free items, I was just curious about the trials they used to offer, but she was so unapproachable that it definitely changed my view about the whole setting of the store. read more

Whoa! Nature Republic! I was so excited to stumble across this place in the Koreana plaza's huge Korean supermarket. It's not like I'm a huge fan of Nature Republic, but I was excited to explore the store because they don't have a location in the Bay Area. It's nice to have a variety of Korean cosmetics and beauty supply to choose from rather than just Amorepacific, The Face Shop, and Skinfood. The prices here are amazing. Their prices are comparable to online prices. Heck, some products are even cheaper than what I could get them for online! They had quite a lot of sales going too, so I was completely like a kid in a candy store. The sales lady was helpful and knowledgeable about the products, but I wish she would have given me a bit more space to browse freely instead of following me around and showing me products I wasn't interested in. In the end, I got the products that I came for and the sales lady gave me some samples as well. I felt like I got a good deal here. This store shares its space with Shiseido, so if you want to grab some Japanese cosmetics and beauty supplies, then you can kill two birds with one stone here. I care about my skin too and I want to look like a korean poo star just as much as you do!!! Little did they know, I was ready to buy all the items necessary to complete the 10 step korean skincare routine. I was ready to spend moolahhh but certainly not going to give this place a dime of my money. All of the workers here need to understand some common customer service skills. Just wanted to put it out there that I am a HUGE fan of EXO, and if weren't for their partnership with NR, I would have never even given the line a chance. Anyway, I come up to Rancho Cordova about once a month and try different products. Most of their products range from $10-$45, others are for high end products that can go all the way up to $100, but I don't touch those products. I stick to cleansers, moisturizers, and masks. So far, I've bought about $250-$300 worth and think my skin has been getting softer and my complexions is lighter, however nothing I've bought is remarkable. To be honest, I come here for my favorite K-pop group because if you spend certain amounts, you get their merchandise such as posters, photocards, folders, fans, etc. This is a VERY good marketing strategy since as Kpoppers, we are very dedicated and loyal to our oppas...or maybe it's just me. Anyway, every time I make a visit here, I feel slightly uncomfortable because I feel like I cannot be left alone without a woman following me around and telling me about products that I don't care about...I feel like they think I'm going to steal or something just because I'm young and not as pale as them. They are nice, but they just need to get out of my bubble and give me some room. Sometimes, I feel inclined to buy the stuff they recommend but I do end up buying the stuff I actually want + EXO merchandise. In all, I always leave the store feeling happy and accomplished. Their stuff is pretty affordable and not super high-end. However, it's not the best products I've used compared to The Face Shop or American stores like Origins. I do like coming here when I have the chance, but honestly, when their contract with EXO expires, I do not see myself driving 45 minutes to get products that are just as good as drug store ones. Still, I'm going to make some more purchases and buy products that pertain to my skin and see if that will make a difference. read more

I JUST recently learned about this brand on the internet, googled to see if I had any chance of seeing these products in person instead of ordering online, and I find out a store just opened nearby! Lucky me! This store is basically like The Body Shop, but a Korean version (which also means that it's better ;)) They have skincare items that are very affordable at about $5 and can go upwards to $20, $50 depending on the specific skin concern. There's also a Shiseido counter within the store but eh, who cares. I can get Shiseido everywhere, not special. There's a wall of sheet masks, although some are priced more than I'd to pay for a sheet mask. They also have various mini fragranced hand sanitizes and hand washes similar to Bath and Body Works. There is also a nice selection of cosmetics which include Korean specialties such as BB creams, CC creams, lip/cheek tints, etc. I can't really speak too much for the products as I'm still testing them out. I bought quiet a few things from their snail solution line lol. When I went there there were a lot of employees available who were friendly and very eager to help. The store is also pretty busy and seems to be doing well so far. And in case anyone is wondering, the employees and clientele is an ethnically diverse group. Not everyone is Korean, much to my surprise. Unfortunately, by the time I visited the store, there were several products that were sold out and they have to wait for them to be sent from Korea. You also get some free gifts (such as posters and folders from Kpop boyband EXO) when you spend a certain amount of money. I'm not into K-pop but I thought it was novel and cute. Personally I would have preferred free gifts of products though. They were also apparently giving away loads of samples and totes as gifts with purchases but they were also out :( I like this store a lot but I hope that it doesn't draw all the business away from The Amore store that's also in the Koreana plaza (they have since moved to a location right across the parking lot by the way). The Amore carries Amore Pacific brands such as IOPE and Laneige and carries some really awesome cosmetics and skincare products as well and I'll also still be purchasing other products there. read more

First off let me start off by saying that this Sacramento branch of Nature Republic is rather hard to find if you don't know where to look. The store is actually housed inside of the Koreana Plaza grocery store to the far right of the store near the recently opened food court.(Korean Plaza, by the way, is just down the road from Walmart and right next to Target.) Not only is this Nature Republic not listed online (as far as my mediocre web searching skills have concluded), there is no indication about its existence even around Koreana's store front. As a huge fan of Asian skin care lines, I was super stoked to find out that a Nature Republic had finally opened near by. I was also a little shocked/ worried by how little publicity this place was getting online which led me to the creation of this post. General: Although the store itself is housed within Koreana Plaza, the store is actually quite sizable. (It's bigger than The Body Shop in the Arden Fair Mall at least.) Like the rest of Koreana, the store is very clean, new, and organized; there really isn't much to complain about appearance-wise. The store has K-pop music playing in the background at all times which I found quite enjoyable, but others may find odd. (More on this later in my post.) Customer Service: The sales associates that I have spoken to seemed pretty knowledgeable about the products and were not pushy at all (which I greatly appreciate, especially in small-ish stores). As expected of a branch of a giant Korean cosmetic brand, I received quite a few free samples and even a promotional item with my purchase. (More on that later in this post.) Definitely don't be afraid to ask a sales associate for a free sample package of a product that you're interested in; they more than likely have a package available for you to take home and try out. Products: For those not in the know, Nature Republic is one of the biggest cosmetic companies in South Korea; therefore, the Nature Republic here in Sacramento mostly sells products from the Nature Republic line. I just had to tag this note here because I saw a customer there once ask a sales associate whether or not they carried this such and such product line. (That being said, I did see some Shiseido products for sale in Nature Republic recently.) The store carries many skin-care products which is not surprising as Korean aesthetics heavily emphasize clear, milky, and healthy skin; so, there are plenty of cleansers, toners, lotions, and masks for sale. Yes, they do carry BB and CC cream but really only one or two of each type. Other products include really inexpensive nail polish in a multitude of colors, hand sanitizers ( Bath and Body Work style), lipsticks, eye shadows, blushes, foundation, bath/ shower supplies and other beauty accessories. The products are all labeled in Korean though most if not all do have English directions/ descriptions too. Nature Republic also carries a Men's line. Definitely ask a sales associate for advice if you're not too sure what a product is or does (I mean Snail Solution? Steam Emulsion? Both great products, but definitely not the norm in the US). Korean Culture: Personally, I believe that some foreign exported stores may find it rather difficult to survive/ be accepted in other countries. Sacramento is not the first place I would think to open a Nature Republic, especially with LA, San Diego, San Jose, and San Francisco relatively close by. There are certain things about Nature Republic that I think would confuse the unwary/new customer, such as, again, the K-pop music playing in the background as well as the promotional items. So, this season's promotional group is the all male K-pop group Exo. I was given the choice of receiving a folder, poster, mini cardboard cut-out, or a box of cleansing pads all with their faces printed on them; perhaps this is just me, but I think for the typical Sacramento woman curious to try out some new Korean cosmetics she would be rather weirded out to see posters of 12 really... "refined" guys plastered all around the store and freebies of said boys handed out with every purchase. (Sorry if you're a fan of Exo! Just trying to be as objective as possible!) For an extreme K-pop fan in Sacramento, I suppose Nature Republic would be the go-to place for cosmetics. For a non-fan, some of Nature Republic's advertising methods and other aspects may seem odd, but I find that it's all part of the experience. Happy Shopping Everyone! read more

Nature Republic is located inside the Koreana Plaza in Rancho Cordova. Specifically, it is located in the same area as the food court, which is nearby the checkout register lanes. The store is clean and filled with their skincare and cosmetic products. The first time I came here, I was surprised and happy to find out that their products are reasonably affordable- closer to drugstore prices than high end or Sephora prices, and judging only from their face sheet masks that I've bought, the products are pretty good quality. The face sheet masks are sold individually and in packs (about $10-$13 for a pack of 10, depending on the type of mask). The service is very good and the sales ladies are not pushy or aggresive at all, which I definitely appreciate. They were very knowledgeable and more than happy to help and answer any questions I had. They also provide samples of their skin care products after I make my purchases, so that's always a plus!! If you are curious about asian-brand skincare products or just looking to try new/different types of skincare/cosmetics products, I would recommend stopping by here and browsing through. You're bound to find at least one thing you'll want to try. ;) read more

I went to this Nature Republic last December after have a successful experience at one in Hawaii. I had high hopes that this Sacramento location would be just as amazing as the one in Honolulu; sadly it wasn't. Starting off with positives, there was an abundance of different products. Most were pretty affordable too. The store also had a great deal for the Aloe Vera gel (my favorite moisturizer from NR); buy three get one free for ~$15. I honestly started shopping at NR because of EXO. This location had a lot of EXO products and gifts, which was awesome for a Kpop fangirl like me. With negative points, the salesladies were aggressive and pushy. As soon as my family and I walked into the store they bombarded us with different products. Even if I were to look at something for a second they'd ask if I wanted to sample it and buy it. I understand they're doing their job, but a customer needs space. Of course they influenced my mom to buy overpriced items. I just felt uncomfortable the whole time. I'm hoping next time I go those same salesladies won't be there. read more

I was excited to find a Korean skincare store in Sacramento. Had I known I wouldn't have attempted to purchase random Korean products online. It was hard to find at first, but after reading some of the yelp reviews, I was able to easily spot it in the KP International Supermarket. The store is small yet super clean and organized. One small side of the store is dedicated to Shiseido products. I was surprised to see that the NR products are very decently priced; they are similar to American drugstore prices, even cheaper on many products. Unfortunately, the products did not have much English translations (maximum 3 English words) on it so I was definitely overwhelmed. The lady was so sweet and helpful that she kindly approached me as I was staring blankly at the products and told me what each item is used for. The steps for using Korean skincare products are very much different from what I am used to. Once I was done, she gave me samples of another line of products I was looking at but did not purchase. She even numbered them #1 and #2 so I would know which comes first lol. So cute. With the products I bought, she told me how to incorporate that into the #1 and #2 :D Will definitely come back. Depending on the amount spent, you can qualify for certain EXO gifts. I got some playing cards of their faces. read more

Writing a review on behalf of my mom. Absolutely amazing service and great products. Snail face wash has worked wonders on my skin. The aloe Vera gel is cheap and very reliable. Coming from a south and central Asian background our family prefers Korean products for their quality and consistency. All the employees are eager to help and explain everything throughly. read more

The person working there was super nice and was really helpful. This place is an EXO fan heaven. The time that I went they we're having a raffle for EXO LA tickets. They also give out an EXO freebie (a standie) if you spend over a certain amount ($25 I think). Over all I loved my experience and would love to go back. read more

I've been to this store a few times since it's opened and so far my experience has always been pleasant. I love all their products--, especially the masks, peeling gels, ampoules and moisturizers. Most items range from cheap to department store prices. All in all--its pretty reasonable-I wouldn't be surprised if you can find a mask, cleanser, toner, ampoule, essence, emulsion and moisturizer all for under $100. I never walk out of that store empty-handed. I recommend at least purchasing the aloe vera gel--you won't regret it. Customer service has been good so far--i like to feel acknowledged when I enter a store and would like someone to ask me if I need any help (at least once). So far, this expectation has always been met. I give kudos to the last sales associate that helped me. Even though her English wasn't that great she still tried her best to answer my questions-- and from what I was able to understand-she seemed to know the products very well. During this trip I spent about a half hour in that store reading up on the product information and then going back and looking over the same items three or four times. None of the sales associates seemed to mind and not once did i ever feel uncomfortable. After spending over $60.00 in products, the sales lady gave me a choice on some free EXO stuff or a bag. I chose the bag and she even threw in quite a few samples (Two brands of skin boosters and emulsions, moisturizer, ampoule and even a face mask!) You could just imagine how pleased I was! My main recommendation is to make sure to do some research on their products and ask a lot of questions. I believe everything is final sale--no returns=( read more

The hunt for a korean foot peel led us here...what a find! Everything was 40% off for lunar new year! My friend and I stocked up on the foot peels because they cost so much more every where else. The sales associate was so nice and helpful. She ended up giving us a bunch of samples. I wish there was one closer to home because everyone that tried the peel loves it! I'll stock up again next time I'm in the area. read more

this store is in the corner of the food court. i know it is weird to have it there out of the hole market, right?1.... anyways this is one of the stores thats not too noticeable and to think twice before purchasing some expensive well known brand that they carry in here. they do sell a lot of the nature republic brand of their own line with the cosmetics to body wash and body lotion and hand cream to lip sticks and make up and to mens collection as well. Nature republic has some nice hand cream for the daily use, which is in a small tube like toothpaste. the hand cream really works good with making your skin more soothing. they are fun and smell good too. one of my favorite scent for the hand cream is the orange, green tea scents. they are small and easy to carry in your backpack or pockets. i believe they had a special going on for 6 bucks for 2. today i did get the face masks and the foot masks as well. i am excited to go home and try them tonight. i got the bee honey face mask and the green tea scent as well. i got 2 pairs of the foot masks, one for my mom and one for me. i told my mom i had used another brand after my shower for my foot and my foot felt like a babies butt smooth lol. so lets test it out since its 3 bucks each. previous visits i have came here for the mens sheseido collection. i got the face cleanser which was a big upgrade from the previous basic brands i have been using for a while. i have used numerous brands such as Olay, neutrogena, daily clean and look bead scrubs, and etc. i have stuck with neutrogena for a long time, then i wanted to change brands. once i tried the sheseido brand i told myself I'm sticking with this one for good til i want something more pricier. the whole mens sheseido line with the face cleanser to the daily night and day cream is awesome. keeps my skin moisturize and soft and bouncy and feeling young. after a few months into the product my friends and family noticed the difference. most times i come here to restock or i go to macys depends on who gives a better deal. sometimes they do give out samples of their own brand and sheseido as well when you purchase the certain amount. they will hook you up. today i Came in here to restock on some Sheseido with my mom. She wanted the face cleanser and the toner, so she got the gift set. She was helped right away after the sales lady got done with her other client. The sales lady was nice and tried to show us what is what and how much is each one. one thing i didn't like too much is her body language which made me seem like she was a bit pushy on the sales and was in a hurry. sometimes i like to have some time and think about it since its a higher price purchase. overall they are helpful and do carry some items i love which are the nature republic hand cream and the sheseido mens cosmetic line with the disposable facial and foot masks as well. the inside layout is organized, and have labels and prices as well. i just wish the labels tell you what it is or how to use it specifically then asking or having to ask a sales associate. i know i am a bit worried about using new brands i have not used but i know my skin isn't sensitive like that, so most likely i am willing to try. i suggest you to try out the hand cream first and se if you like the brand and if you do then explore another product. hope you like my review or found it useful, thanks for reading and have a nice day. add me or follow me if you haven't. read more
