I used to shop at this location because it's close to home and because I normally get really good customer service. For whatever reason, the last time I went was different and unfortunately I won't return to this store. I walked in with my daughter and wasn't greeted by either of the two employees standing next to the door, which is weird because I usually smile and say hi to the employees, so it wasn't like I was giving off bad vibes. However, the woman walking in behind me got a very enthusiastic greeting. When my daughter and I were looking around, not once did either of those employees ask if we needed assistance but they sure did ask others around us if they needed help. We weren't being rude or loud, so I'm not sure why we didn't receive any of the customer service we normally get. They didn't even acknowledge us when we walked out after purchasing some items, and we walked out of the door closest to them! I go to the the Folsom store now and the customer service there is so much better. read more

I have a physical disability and requested that my purchase be brought to me as I was parked in front of the business. Right away the answer is no because I was told I need to verify my identity in the store. Bath and Body works identifies in store pick ups by either an email receipt or an ID, both of which can be verified at my car. Finally, after speaking to two different managers, a staff person brought my item to my car. This is the second time this store refused to provide a reasonable accommodation, which is law. They had plenty of employees at the store, so my request did not pose a hardship for the store. This store needs to be educated and adhere to company policies when it comes to reasonable accommodations. Very disappointed with the management at this store. read more

They're happy to give suggestions or show you where items are. So kind! They usually have what I'm looking for in stock. Sometimes I shop online and just do pickup there. Stopped in here to pick up a few items on my way to Target. Good selection of lotions and sprays, but absolutely awful customer service. Several floor sales associates wandering around but offering zero help. In fact, it almost appeared that they were actively avoiding customers. Additionally, the cashiers seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves then ringing up customers in line. read more

My apologies but I don't have an image to share about what the store looks like... its across from Target store which is convenient, as well as KP International, which is also the next parking lot over. I came here bcuz I saw the sign at the window of their store front saying "EVERYTHING IN STORE"... so it caught my attention what that can be. Of course it was the buy 3 get 3 free deal! I mainly just bought the plug-in refills since I love them the most! Plus a new light up plug in for the bathroom... which was part of "ANY 3" deal. I was sure bummed they ran out of their antibacterial lotion. First time to use that and not only did they smell great, U can feel the antibacterial texture on your skin but it leaves a nice smooth feeling afterwards. The store alone was a bit tight.. it did feel on the bit smaller side but wasn't extremely cramped. Overall the customer service there was great. Everyone greeted me with some help and made sure I knew the deal of the day. They also explained what items were low on since some stuff I wanted for the deal was out of that scent.. I was bummed.. but store was great to visit and may come back in the future. I don't go to B&B too often.. normally during a sale or great deals which is a holiday event. read more

Target, Ross, Marshalls, famous footwear, kp is somewhere over there, and now, Bath and Body Works! Talk about great smelling stocking stuffers. This location is brand spanking new, clean, well organized, and it smells nice. They literally have employees scattered everywhere throughout the store leaving your questions answered and instant help at your service! I love this store. The workers are super friendly, store is always organized, anytime I ask any worker where a scent is they're able to show me and I never have to wait very long in their lines. I love smelling good! Especially feeling moisturized. I swear bath & body works lotions and creams work wonders on my skin. Keyword: my skin My feet were dried and cracked up in this weather, the lotion and cream used at different times during the entire day has helped soften and now that dry, cracked skin has healed. I love the candles and perfumes. They are simply ooh la la! But the best thing is the buy these get 2-3 free. Go get a lotion tomorrow! It will make your skin, feet and body happy! I love this location, everyone is super sweet & so helpful when I go in there. The thing that drove me to write this review though is that they were so sweet about price matching something while I was in store tonight & then when I got home I noticed they've personally cut up cardboard rectangles to reinforce the bottoms of their bags & they also placed them in between the layers of candles in the bag, which I don't think the other locations do, at least that I've seen. Such a lovely store, I was so excited when they opened. It's designed differently than the mall locations; hard to explain I love the cozy, intimate, "just us girls," type feel. The customer service is always excellent, everyone smiles and offers to help. I visited and saw a promo sign that was inaccurate according to the sales person. I made no issue and thanked her for telling me, and she offered to honor it if I still wanted the items. How cool was that? I also appreciate the store is always adequately staffed (I come in fairly frequently, unfortunately lol). Enough persons on the sales floor and behind the counter. The amazing new candle scents make the store small like a potpourri bowl of sweet, tangy, woodsy, citrusy, sugary goodness. As soon as you approach the store, the mesmerizing scent draws you right in. Love this BBW location! read more

I have to say since this location has been opened, this is the only Bath and Body works I would prefer to go to. I went to this location yesterday. I was browsing around, there were 2 young girls that came in the store, one was wearing a robe. I have to say they looked real suspect. The 2 employees handled them very well and discreet, while still helping other customers. I guess the 2 girls got intimidated and ended up leaving the store. I wish I got the 2 ladies names that were working, at the time. I was there around 2:30p to 2:45ish. JOB WELL DONE LADIES!!!! read more

I was so happy to hear that a B&B opened up in Rancho. This store is conveniently located in the Rancho Cordova Town Center, across from Target and next to Radio Shack. For not being located inside of a mall, it is pretty spacious and very clean. They also have a restroom inside. Their variety is great. Lots of scents, great smelling lotions, sprays, and yummy candles. They are also having tons of deals for the holidays right now, which is what has kept me coming back to this location several times within the past few weeks! The staff is also helpful and kind. Well, well here we go with another retail tale! So, came here to grab some last minute girly grad gifts for my younger sisters. I walk in and it's like crickets sounding... As I was wondering the store, I noticed the employees with their ear piece and microphones and I started to get annoyed. I knew they thought I was going to be up to no good.. There was an associate right next to me placing lotions on the shelf. One person half ass greeted me with "Can I help you find something" NO THANK YOU! Anywho, I grab the lotions candles and air fresheners and head to the cashier. Ohhh good golly miss molly... I was asked.. Who helped you on the floor today? Me: No one why? The staff and service needs some serious c/service training! I want to say this is because of the current pandemic restrictions but well before COVID I've had other unpleasant experiences at this location. My latest visit was supposed to be for curbside pickup and I ended up waiting over an hour and ten minutes to get my items. I actually was considering to go in and do more shopping so waited in the line, after I gave my name for my pick-up but came to my sense. No more $$ to this location. The staff member monitoring the access to stay at the eight in the store was really good about reciting the overly empathetic sorry but needs to work on her lies! and her retention. First she said the staff member doing the curbside was on break ( the store opened at 10AM and I was there at 10:45AM). I would've come for the opening time but when I called the day prior, I was told they opened the next day at 11AM. Is it too hard to educate the staff? I was put on hold while the staff member checked and she still gave inaccurate info. Perhaps she was just as confused given the wrong times posted on line, and at the store. She asked me my name five different times. Really? By the fifth time I asked her if perhaps she should write it down? The staff person filling the bags was frazzled and extra slow! One would think to fill the orders prior to sending customers the email saying come on in your order is ready! Furthermore, this was when the store just opened. No surprise why the line wraps around to get in. Also with the limitation of only 8 in the store, it would make more sense to make people go in one by one, not wait for shoppers of two to come out to send the next two in! All common sense decisions that seem to escape management and staff at this location. I strongly advise go to other locations! I do love their products just not purchased from this location! read more

I just came home from shopping at the candle day sale at this location. I was in and out in 20 minutes. My wait in line was no more than 10 minutes tops. I went in with a list and was able to ask employees where each scent was. The store was busy but the operation was the smoothest I have ever seen run on candle day. The manager and staff are amazing. I cannot remember her name but she did more than save my shopping trip and experience. As most parents know, shopping with children (especially a toddler) can be stressful and sometimes impossible! I personally have a very busy toddler that likes to ask a lot of questions and also get into everything and I mean everything! Right when I walked through she was quick to greet and assist me, noticing I had no free hands she quickly grabbed me a basket and began shopping with me. Once I could no longer hold my son he was on the move quick and wanted to 'help' me. After a few minutes he was bored and started to run out the door, I got to him before he ran out and the worker immediately began to distract him, showing him sprays and even letting try the male one! After that he was glued to her and she was perfectly okay with it :) he helped her with a few customers and asked her a million questions; she answered them all and helped watch him while I continued shopping.
