He sent somebody out one time to try to fix it and it was beyond repair. Since then he has repeatedly ignored us and has refused to take responsibility or address the situation. Again, stay away from this company unless you want your carpet ruined. Worst money we ever spent.

This turns into a very expensive prospect if you are not careful. Being in business for myself, I have made mistakes and always taken care of these mistakes without question. To be screamed at by a business owner and then pay for a service that was to make up for bad cleaning is really bad form. Not impressed at all with Sir Grout and will definitely not recommend this to anyone

I had specifically told Carlos that I wanted to make sure this didn't happen. I ended up using Dawn diluted with water and cleaned it myself! I paid for service that was not Quality. Before he came, I called the company to make sure they would be here at 10 o'clock, which was the time Carlos set up with me on the phone, Carlos said , that he would never say 10 o'clock. He would say 10 to 12. I had a at 11:30. I would not have set up an appointment between 10 and 12 for carpet cleaning. Ironically I have a text message from Quality counts saying my appointment was at 10 o'clock. I had explained all of this to prior but it did not matter. He agreed, to come after 12:30. I called their office around three to see if they were still coming. He said, he was still coming but he would call 30 minutes prior. He didn't call prior, but he did come. I hope they will use this information to improve their cleaning service And to be more understanding to their customers.

These damages were not present before the cleaning as the technician did not inform me of any issues while on site.When I contacted the company about the problem, the response was not helpful and did not demonstrate responsibility for the damage caused. Roof cleaning should be done carefully and professionally, and that was not my experience. I can not recommend this company based on poor quality of work, lack of communication and accountability. I now have to repair the tiles at my own expense due to their negligence.

When I brought this to the attention of the owner, he asked me if I knew anyone capable of addressing something of this magnitude as his goto cleaning company wouldn't take the job. I told the owner...Spot On was the company to call. Within 24-hours Spot On was there to do a walk thru on Friday afternoon and provided the owner a very reasonable (to me) estmate...and promised to complete the job over a holiday weekend. So it would be ready on Tuesday. When I arrived to inspect, I was amazed that they were able to deep clean years if ink stains and gunk....The tile looked brand new. The bathrooms were fit for the most critical critic...I honestly thought the bathroom fixtures were going to be replaced...but Spot On worked miracles. So much in fact, the owner of the office complex told me that he found a new cleaning company for all his properties. WTG Spot On. These guys do a great job for a great price. So much in fact, I have scheduled them to detail my yacht. Anyone reading this review and looking for an all around cleaning service that is very reasonable, professional and prompt should look no further. Give them a call...you won't be disappointed.

We had not cleaned the drapes since we had them installed six years ago and didn't notice that as time went by; the drapes hung much lower then when installed! They're perfect now and the pleats are in line perfectly. We also had some blinds cleaned through their cleaning process and they look brand new. Brian and Carl were friendly, efficient, and were quick when working.

When we selected our laminate flooring, we were expecting a team of installers. We got one guy, a sub-contractor. When that guy accidentally broke my pipes, flooding the house, they sent the owner over to tell me they would reimburse only a fraction of what I had to pay to get a plumber in after-hours to repair it. The floor creaked from the day it was installed, and the owner's response was to criticize the product we selected. There was a low spot in the finished job that required the installation of an extra threshold. The installer made repeated return visits to our home to address the issue, but failed to properly repair it, and the flooring still sags. Bottom line: For our project, at least, John Moore Flooring didn't stand behind their workmanship, and didn't stand behind their product.
