I don't normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to after realizing how blessed I've been after going through this program around 2.5 years ago. This program took time and commitment, but I was at a point of desperation and knew I had to make changes. I also felt the cost would be well worth it, if I got the results I wanted. I'm happy to say that I did and I'm still going! When I found this program, I was only recently diagnosed with ADHD at the time. I was pretty near rock bottom, with many things that were affecting me. Mostly severe depression, irritability and anxiety. And I couldn't muster any motivation to do the stuff I needed, especially take care of myself and my household. I was very impressed as to Dr. LeGrand's testing process for hormones, micronutrients and neurotransmitters. It was very thorough, and specifically identified areas needing improvement. The training classes were also very informative on how all these things work together and affect your person. After identifying my needs they got me my specific protocol to address my deficiencies. Within the first two weeks I started noticed a big improvement, and it got even better after that. Pretty soon, I got to the point where I was able to say that my depression was cured! That alone, was a life changer. I've also had some ups and downs with anxiety, but I'm probably at 95% which is also a game changer. My irritability is probably 30% of what it used to be also. But, I got back my "want to want". I enjoy wanting to do things again! I have always dreaded, and have been unsuccessful at trying to exercise. And that was indeed on my protocol, but I thought that would be the one thing I could never do. Today, I've been weight lifting consistently for over two years now! I could never stick to anything like that before! The program does encourage you to ultimately replace supplements with food, but I've always struggled to maintain consistent diets to get the nutrients I need, I must admit I'm still on my supplements. But I feel so great, finding something that worked, I don't want to stop! This is an ongoing process, and I work to make small changes over time. So I think at some point, I can replace supplements here and there with food. This program has helped me realize that I don't need to change all at once. It's about taking small little bites here and there and making tiny improvements over time, which I am still doing. Even over 2.5 years later, I'm just now implementing new things, like adding daily walking. And again, I still plan on replacing some of my supplements eventually. But I'm happy living a life where I do tiny improvements here and there over time. I also came away from this program with some really good, lifelong friendships. It was great meeting people on the group calls, and everyone has different life perspectives to share. Invaluable stuff! Finally, just wanted to talk about the staff. I worked mostly with Jake, but also a little with Dr. LeGrand. They are both great! I've read some of the previous negative reviews, like mentioning Dr. LeGrand is not a real Doctor, but a marketer. This is not true, he is a legitimate Doctor, who previously ran a practice in Washington. He does indeed market and sell his program, which any business entrepreneur should do. And frankly I'm glad he did to me, because I wouldn't have gone through this program otherwise. I also read some comments about the staff being narcissistic and how narcissists interrupt a lot. Well, guess what? So do folks with ADHD! I interrupt people a lot and so do many of the other ADHDer people I know (I'm still working on that). I have personal experience with actual narcissists in my world. They are very toxic and constantly manipulate everyone around them for their enjoyment. Neither Dr. LeGrand, nor Jake are narcissists. If you give them your time, they will help you. I'm sorry that some folks had a bad experience. I truly wish everyone could have my same experience. I'd encourage anyone to take the leap, and give it a try. If my house was broken, I'd spend a lot of money to fix that, why not my own body? I hope this helps someone, have a great day! read more

Dont, just dont do it... but do read my story. After being unceremoniously ejected from the group, no warning, advanced communication, I got to thinking (typical ADHD mind ruminations). My experience is similar to Max. I found Dr. LaGrand more of a businessman than a doctor, by far. His naturopathic education has created a drill sergeant of a doctor,"do what I do, it worked for me. Obey." He has had some successes as I've further read in Yelp, and have seen others in my group grow do well. This is why I signed up, and spent an awful lot of money... not worth it... not even close. I had a traumatic injury while in the program that affected me deeply, emotionally, creating severe anxiety. Doc LG, prescribed specific supplememts that put out the fires of unrelenting anxiety. For that, I am grateful... He earned an extra star from me for that alone, the other was for the labs, which I'm perusing daily... thinking possibilities.. But for my ADHD, the supplements only kind of work. When I take them, I'll have an hour or two of focus, modest motivation, then they wear off and I'm back on my own world in inner/outer space... anxiety kicks in later. Alcohol helps, but I'd rather not, it's poison. I've researched, and continue to research supplements of all kinds. I'm my own lab rat here. I try them... In some ways, I think I know more about some things than Dr. LG... and I think it's this knowledge and experience that got me booted from the program. His ego looked at me as a threat to his "authority." His coach Jake is also a fairly skilled counselor, but I caught him in a lie, and I became aware of his manipulations to try to connect, relate... and at times, blow me off, when I needed guidance... he'd wiggle out, every time, instead of dealing with me. I am also aware of narcissists. They have a tendency to interupt. I was constantly interrupted by Doc LG and by Jake... constantly... alarms went off in my brain. I brought up the fact that nobody in the group brings up emotions, or, at best, discusses them at any length... they are swept under the rug, toot-sweet, fast... back to business as usuAl... a lot of ADHD folks are emotional junkyards... in need of much work, cleaning up their mess. A counselor trained at this is must, Doc. Supplements, pharma drugs, do not treat emotions. They create an emotional state of Adhedonia, the state of being where one cannot experience pleasure, are kind of numb. The supplements Dr. LG gave me for my anxiety contain Ashwaganda, known for creating Anhedonia. It did work, got me over the hump of severe anxiety, and was able to sleep again, but Ashwaganda is not for long term use... so I found out. Anhedonia puts one in a "what's the use" state of being, and procrastination kicks in. I've been off of these Aswaganda supplements for 2 weeks now, and am still affected with Anhedonia... but I am sleeping almost normally. A HUGE win. Understand that doc LG is a businessman, a salesman, first. He's very skilled, motivated, and is going to become a rich man because of it. The blood and saliva tests were very informative, but the charts and graphs given to me are not easily interpreted... I still am studying them. It would've been great to go over them one-on-one. I was told by Jake that I was going to be in the group for, "as long as it takes." On dismissal day, I was told, "your time is up." One of those statements is a lie... and it obviously was the former. I take charge of my health, studying, reading, all the time, and when I come across something I don't know, I seek professionals, ask questions, and want to converse about possibilities. Doc LG was too busy being a salesman, not a professional healthcare provider... he'd blow me off in his usual hyper way, interupting... there's a part of him that's full of it... but you'll have this in sales, bait and switch, at its finest. Meanwhile, I'm back on my own... as my own lab rat.. my face in books, videos, searching.... What do I recommend to the uninitiated? First, save your money, don't buy into Doc LG. He has had successes, but I'm not one... and it's probably why I got the boot, I don't look good on his resume. All I can do is rant here, for what that's worth. I don't normally write reviews, but after struggling for the last 10 plus years with sometimes out of control ADHD symptoms I was able to find Dr. LeGrand and the Natur'e's Health Clinic on YouTube. I chose to work with him because he is extremely knowledgeable about the issues and problems that somebody with ADHD has. I have only been in the program for a few months, but I have already seen drastic improvement. I describe it to other people as for the first time in my life that I can remember I'm able to go through the entire day with focused energy. All of the outside noise, constantly interfering with what I'm trying to do and accomplish at work and at home has been minimized. I think it takes a lot of effort on the part of an individual who chooses to work with Dr LeGrand, Jake and the rest of the staff but it is well worth it. It takes that much effort because of how big of a change we have the capability of making when we're working with the right professionals. I promise you I had tried just about everything in the traditional medical system before working with Nature's Health Clinic. None of those previous approaches dealt with the root causes of my symptoms. When you get serious about addressing your ADHD issues there is no better place to partner with. read more

We found Dr LeGrand on YouTube and ever since there has been YouTube my wife has been watching, and making me watch, every ADHD video she could find. After 36 yrs of marriage we were pretty much business partners and roommates and we didn't really even like each other anymore. She didn't like being ignored and I wanted her to ignore me. Since working with Dr LeGrand it has made a world of difference. I had been on brain supplements from another doctor which had helped me with concentration but I felt it was like a shotgun type of diagnosis not really focused on my ADHD. When we discovered Dr LeGrand's protocol of finding out through testing what I was specifically deficient in, both my wife and I said let's give it a try. After testing and getting the results, Dr LeGrand came up with not only a supplement program but a comprehensive program explaining so many things about ADHD that educates you on your problem. So I made the changes that he was suggesting and started the supplement protocol. The first thing I noticed that I was able to put my thoughts in a more logical order and was aware of that, but most of all the relationship with my wife changed dramatically, the reason I knew that, was that my wife told me that it was like a miracle for her, and because of the way I was treating her she was starting to like me again. All I can say is I wish we could have found him sooner. The thing that really made him legit to me was his goal is to help you manage your ADHD without supplements. I have a very very bad experience with Dr. LeGrand Peterson ADHD "Coaching". First of all: he's not a real doctor. He's a marketer. He has a overpriced program that cost me thousands of dollars, sold in a very aggressive way. Basically during the call he asked me to pay and then AFTER the payment he asked me to sign his contract, a very bad contract that say that he can kick me out ouf the program if we disagreed and other things. He was very rude and without care of my problems. He's just here to take profit of our ADHD vulnerabilietes, we are desperate to get results. Guys, don't make my mistake, don't waste your hard earned money in this very expensive program that didn't offer you more than you can learn in books and podcasts. read more

With some health issues I've faced in the past year or two (not sleeping and my stomach always having pains/discomfort after eating) I decided to go see Dr. LeGrand. I was super interested in knowing my levels and overall to get a good GUT check. After my visit I felt like I knew myself better and that's due to the incredible listening he provides along with encouragement when talking about some of the ways I can improve my overall health and habits. I've implemented several new supplements to my daily routine and it's made a big difference! I never knew about ph levels and how much impact they have on a body. Mine wasn't processing/breaking down foods properly - now I feel like things are working better and I FEEL better! Dr. LeGrand truly cares and wants us to live a healthy life of course, but also is realistic in wanting us to still enjoy the foods we love - just making them WORK for our bodies better. What I also really appreciate is he understands the need for western medicine still...he's not one of those naturopath docs who is anti-medicine...he works WITH it and makes you feel comfortable if you need to take prescriptions, etc. I'm now continuing to stick to adding pre, during and post supps with meals and would tell everyone to at least get your metobolic testing to see how he can help YOU get on a more positive track with health. Dr. Legrand has been one of the best doctors by far! I was seeing multiple doctors and going to different clinics and hospitals to try to figure out the root cause of my health issues. However, it seemed that not much help and support was offered to me. It was just one drug after another. In one case with a GI doctor I asked him what I could to help treat some pain, and he just told me to "look it up in the internet." Over time. my symptoms worsened and it seemed like another health issue arose one after another, but no one could tell me why or how to reduce the pain. After so many years, it wasn't until I was referred to Dr. Legrand that I was able to receive so much support and treatment. He was able to piece all the puzzle pieces and was able to work with me step by step. Dr. Legrand was able to hear all my concerns and would constantly check with me to know if I was progressing. We were able to find a root cause that I would have never guessed in the first place would be causing problems.
