So cute! It was actually the perfect stop after picking up groceries at Safeway. We drove up and took a quick look at the menu. The menu is expansive and we didn't want to hold up the people behind us waiting in line. There are three size options for their coffee: 12oz, 16 oz and 20 oz. Soy milk is $1 extra, which I needed for my latte since I'm lactose intolerant! The person inside the cup was very friendly and patient as the three of us decided what we wanted. It's definitely a cute experience, as well as convenient, for a quick coffee stop in Seward.

Caines Head Coffee is a small batch artisan roast company that operates out of Seward, Alaska. Their website says they source from environmentally conscious farms. I always get this late afternoon caffeine craving and wanted a latte. After I put in my order, the shuttle pulled up. The barista was nice enough to put a rush on my order so I wouldn't miss it. I appreciated the great service and my yummy latte. Caines Head Coffee only operates out of this concession trailer during the summer season.

It's a perfect place to stop and enjoy the beauty of Cooper Landing, which has become one of my all time top favorite places when it comes to scenery. I remember on a trip back to Anchorage last summer I stopped by and they had just closed and the girl (sorry i didn't get her name) came to the door and told me they were closed but she would make me something if I wanted it. I declined because she was close to being done cleaning and she offered me the remaining drip coffee she had and I said okay. You don't get service like that anywhere.
