They have a full page of crepe options, both savory and dessert. So we ended up trying 1 of each between our visits. Their Crepe Compote Maison was light and flavorful while their Crepe Boeuf Passion had a bit more punch with the creamy beef. Both were equally delicious, just depends on what you're more in the mood for. They also have an impressive hot tea selection served steeped in a teapot. Tried a different one each of the days - both great starts to the morning. Such a cozy, homey feel inside. Our table had different news articles and information about the creperie, and it was a fun way to learn more about the restaurant. Plus, our waitress was so kind. Wonderful experience. And, honestly, you can't go wrong with either. They also have a great collection of teas, and the coffee is brewed fresh daily by Janet. Caines Head Coffee is a small batch artisan roast company that operates out of Seward, Alaska. Their website says they source from environmentally conscious farms. I always get this late afternoon caffeine craving and wanted a latte. After I put in my order, the shuttle pulled up. The barista was nice enough to put a rush on my order so I wouldn't miss it. I appreciated the great service and my yummy latte. Caines Head Coffee only operates out of this concession trailer during the summer season.

As someone who eats gluten-free, I was thrilled that the manager was incredibly knowledgeable and explained that just about the only item that wasn't gluten-free was the beer-battered fish. Talk about having options! We started with the Carne Asada and Carnitas tacos, and they were fantastic. But we couldn't stop there! We came back for a second round (they were just that good!) and tried the Vegetarian Elote tacos... and WOW. Major chef's kiss! It was also such a treat to enjoy authentic Mexican rice without having to second-guess whether it was gluten-free. But my absolute FAVORITE part of the entire experience? The habanero carrot hot sauce! It was unbelievably vibrant, fresh, and bursting with flavor.
