The bakery has such a cute, cozy vibe with plants and other fun little items for sale, making it a nice place to browse while you wait. I went the sweet route and can recommend the cookies and sticky bun, but they also have a great selection of savory options like the chicken curry bun and pizza bread. I also grabbed the overnight oats to bring with me on a boat tour, which was perfect for a quick breakfast on the go. They accept credit cards, but there's a discount if you pay with cash. Finding this little spot for a quick breakfast before our cruise was probably the best thing that happened to my Asian tummy in Seward! As soon as I walked by the shop, the smell of freshly baked bread pulls me right in--I knew I had to stop. Everything is baked fresh in the morning, and it was so good I went back two days in a row. On day one, I tried the ham and cheese bun--absolute cheesy heaven. Ask them to heat it up. The gooey cheese, crisp bread, and generous ham chunks are next-level. I also tried the garlic cream cheese bread. Pricey at $10.50, but worth every bite--so good I'm drooling just writing about it. On day two, I went for the BBQ pork bun and wow--it tasted like home. I can really pick up the Chinese five spice, and the filling is generous and satisfying. One note: they don't serve espresso during the summer, just regular drip coffee. But honestly? The breads alone earn this place a 100/100. The service was fantastic. The lady behind the counter, Giok,was incredibly kind and welcoming Note ~~~~ This is an Asian-style bakery, with breads made in Japanese and Chinese methods. My husband wanted a snack so we stopped in. I looked around but frankly, none of their baked goods looked appealing and they were VERY expensive. My husband got a sweet which he didnt finish which confirmed my instincts. We both got a coffee. He felt his coffee was better than the one we got from the coffee hut, I thought mine was eh, even though they used my favorite grind from Anchorage. So I'm gonna say I would pass on this place in the future. read more

Absolutely delicious and very strong delicious coffee. Sweet kind employees. Very fresh cookies. Outstanding gluten free cookies and great variety of them also. Matcha white chocolate macadamia blew my mind. They have red velvet. And many other gf cookies freshly baked. Like WHAT!!!! so good. Thank you for being one of the very few places in Alaska maybe even the USA that makes an amazing variety of GF cookies. I went here last year and I still think about this place and have been meaning to write a review. I got the peanut butter cookie and it was the best cookie I've had in my life. The staff was super friendly too. I literally go to sleep thinking about this cookie- the perfect softness and sweetness with a nice peanut buttery center. I dont have any pics just trust me. I've been twice now and it's a charming asset that this town is needed for a long time. I really wish they made more bread. I tried the garlic cheese roll. It was fabulous. I had a strawberry cream cake that was divine cheese. Raspberry crumpet was baked to perfection. The Biscoff cookie I tried was a little dry, but it tasted great with my cup of coffee. OMG went here on a visit to Seward because the shop was decorated so fun and grabbed some eggnog cheesecake and cookies. Outstanding so much that I was back at their door the next morning. I got a pumpkin pretzel and GF cookies for friends. Problem was I was already an hour out of town before I opened my pretzel otherwise I would have spun around and begged for a dozen more!! Incredible cinnamon roll. Took it home to go and microwave reheated and it was delicious!

The cinnamon roll was amazing and my wife loved the gluten free cookies. We went back twice during our visit. Highly recommend.

Supaluck is a remarkable bread baker. I highly recommend any product that is bread based - any of the filled buns, pizza bread, cinnamon rolls and especially her pretzels! Man, they are delicious and I would buy a dozen of them the next time she bakes them. Her cheesecakes are very, very good as well. Stopped by to get breakfast for the next morning's wildlife cruise. Picked up a pizza bread with pepperoni, ham and cheese danish, and kimchi fried rice. Went here and got a taro bun, cream cheese garlic bread and a thai tea. The taro bun was not what I expected and I was not a fan, which is not their fault. Garlic bread was good, probably the only thing I would purchase again. The thai tea was mid at best but it was an extra 2.50 for whip cream! I understand this is a new business, but as tourist in Seward these prices were outrageous and it wasn't worth the money. read more
