Absolutely love this place and am so thankful they opened up to the public during this covid19 crisis! Impressed with how quick they got their order system up for customers and started delivery. I was ordering from various places prior to finding Nature's Produce and I had major issues with some other places that do grocery boxes like Tender Greens (how many times can you get my order wrong!?). Anyway, I was a bit hesitant to buy produce in bulk, but after reviewing Nature's Produce's menu online, I realized it was no different than just a Costco trip, where I get bulk items for food we consume regularly-- frozen chicken, eggs, fruits, cheese, etc... I did get a ton of veggies and was able to drop them off to my mother-in-law and share yeast and flour with friends who had been searching for those items for awhile! Also--- great prices!! I haven't done pickup-- only delivery-- they came the afternoon of the day they said they'd deliver and they called me when the driver was outside since we live in a building with a code. Heard about this place from my neighbor so we tried it. My wife spent a little time navigating their website which is constantly being updated so that's good. We ordered what we found online yesterday, but knew that they had kimchi that wasn't listed. I called and left a message (they're closed Thursdays) and asked for two orders of kimchi if possible. When I went to pick up my order, it was all packed and ready for me (including the Kimchi). Ordering was easy, and the two times I called when the office was open they answered all the questions I had. Pick up took a little time only because there were a few cars ahead of me. The process is streamlined and efficient. As we were waiting, a worker asked us our names, checked his list, and was off to make sure our orders were ready to go when it was our turn. Once it was my turn, I parked where they asked me to and I was done in a matter of minutes. It's a wholesale distributor that is now open to the public. I heard about Nature's Produce when they were on Fox News. They are normally a wholesale distribution company that sells to restaurants and hotels, but have been deeply impacted by COVID-19. They opened up their doors to the community in these difficult times, and my family can't thank them enough. We placed an order on their website, we picked up on our scheduled day; you drive up, give your name on your order, and your produce is brought out to the car with no contact. Pop your trunk and drive off. Such an easy no contact process during this scary time. The employees working there are also incredibly kind, and a smile on their face. I was able to stock up on weeks worth of amazingly fresh produce and dry goods at wholesale prices without every leaving my car. I simply ordered on their site and went down to pick up 48 hours later. I backed my car in while they quickly loaded my order into the trunk and I paid via venmo. I am so impressed by what this company has done for this great city. Opening up to the public and making pick-up as easy as 1-2-3! I was able to order produce for my entire family (smoothies, veggies for the kids, even milk and yogurt) with just a phone call. The woman taking my order was lovely and helpful. Picking up couldn't have been easier, simply driving in and popping my trunk! I didn't have to do anything! I was so supportive of this company. I recommended them to all of my friends, DESPITE the fact that they repeatedly went to the WRONG address and occasionally got parts of the order wrong. After all, we're in this COVID-caused mess together. Imagine my surprise a couple of weeks ago when my password didn't work. I tried and tried and worried about how I could have forgotten the PW. When I finally reached someone at the company, what happened? "Oh, we're not doing home delivery any more. That's not our business model, so we deleted all accounts." I was speechless. He went on to tell me that they only did home deliveries as "a favor to the community" and that now that enough restaurants are open, they're not doing it any more. I didn't experience it as a "favor." I experienced it as a company trying to stay in business by temporarily doing home deliveries. I paid good money, more than a market, for superior produce.and fruit product. In other words it was a quid pro quo. I was happy with the product, even when frustrated by their frequent trips to someone else's house and the 8pm deliveries (!!!!), and didn't expect it to last forever, but I don't like the way they handled it read more

So excited!!! Just received my home delivery from Nature's Produce. It was so easy to place my order online and select a delivery date. The fruit and vegetables are amazing and the quality is outstanding; all items are placed in separate plastic bags and everything is so fresh and perfect. They even have dairy products, rice, beans, cheese, tortillas, etc. Besides that, the prices are lower than most markets. Oh, and they placed the boxes inside my door for me.
