I've been to a lot of Sprouts locations, and this one in Cudahy has been the least welcoming. What I usually love about Sprouts is the friendly, warm energy, but that's something this location seems to be missing. Each time I shop here, it feels like I'm the one bringing the good vibes instead of being met with them. It's disappointing, especially since this is my local store and one I really wanted to enjoy. I've even applied to work here before (many times) because I genuinely believe I would've brought the kind of positivity and customer connection that other Sprouts locations are known for. I carried my grocery basket to the register next to the self-checkout. What a comedy show there was two employees chatting at the self-checkout station until one of them finally went back to the register and although I didn't expect anything as I was the second in line someone else pushed their cart right next to me and proceeded to cut infront of me while the cashier didn't tell them I was up next so I chimed in to say I was. Just opened 2/16/24 and I'm so glad there a Sprouts so close to home. So let's begin...finding parking is a mission. That shopping center has a gym, nail shop and various other restaurants so it gets pretty full. This sprouts is just like your other sprouts. Lots of healthy options, premade ready-to-heat meals. Fresh produce and a helpful deli staff. My kids love grabbing a few of their kids lunch kits. They're always a hit. I will definitely be a regular here. read more

The customer in front of me got excellent service. After he was done paying the cashiers informed him of all the sales and discounts he could get in the vitamin and protein section etc etc . Every time I go there the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Isaac and Jeanette have been memorable cashiers. Sprouts has the biggest variety in vegan products. Their produce too is great quality. Oh and their vegan cookies are amazing. There was a young women there so friendly with short hair and plug earrings recommended me fresh cookies. To start things off this is my first time at this sprouts, I've always shopped at the store in Torrance. The size of this location is much bigger, but their lack of stock is noticeable. I couldn't find a lot of the things I needed, and the customer service is questionable especially from supervisors. When I was checking out, I witnessed an employee whose name is Urilla, was very rude and unprofessional to an elderly customer. Urilla yelled at the elderly customer that she couldn't buy any more eggs. I understand there is a policy on the eggs but the way she spoke to her was very upsetting to witness. The elderly woman complied and walked away. The most upsetting part of this whole situation was witnessing Urilla speak in a very vulgar way about the elderly woman.
