Update: Mercy AND the anesthesiologist have refunded my good friends money. Why hasn't Dr Prada? Heck, Dr Prada even consoled my good friend as she was getting released from preop. So what will it be, Dr Prada? Lawyers making you pay damages AND the refund by order of the court or simply refund my good friend's $15,000 she is owed by you?
