Alyssa took time to share her experience before joining the practice and while she's been working with them. She answered all my questions and calmed all my fears. I drove my good friend to her surgery that morning and I can tell you all with 100% certainty that Mercy cancelled the surgery after my good friend was already in preop. Update: Mercy AND the anesthesiologist have refunded my good friends money. Why hasn't Dr Prada? Heck, Dr Prada even consoled my good friend as she was getting released from preop. So what will it be, Dr Prada? Lawyers making you pay damages AND the refund by order of the court or simply refund my good friend's $15,000 she is owed by you? A lawsuit against you Dr Prada is in the works. Shame on you, Dr Prada, for preying upon your patients. It's sickening what you have done.
