I don't know what I would have done without these people when I had my bedbug problem....I was so freaked out by this that I was literally sleeping on my coffee table. All the companies I called prior to Naturezone wanted to charge me outrageous amounts of money, with no real guarantee that my problem would be fixed. They freaked me out more than I already was. Finally, after much research I found Naturezone (my heros). They were half the price (or more) of the other companies, they immediately alleviated a lot of my fear, they guaranteed that they could completely fix my problem, without potentially ruining my stuff, AND THEY DID EXACTLY THAT. The guy that came to treat my house not only completely got rid of my bedbug problem, but also alleviated all the rest of my fear and anxiety about this horrible nightmare. He also taught me preventative measures to insure i never have this situation again. They even included preventative treatment at my new house almost a full year later in the initial price. FANTASTIC COMPANY! I recently (unfortunately) discovered that a health care worker brought a bedbug into my home. Called Bill Stewart for an inspection; he arrived at my home on time, and immediately put me completely at ease regarding the situation; his inspection was incredibly thorough (MUCH more thorough than other companies that offer a "free" inspection. Bill looked over all my furniture etc with a fine tooth comb. We scheduled his chemical treatment for 3 days later. He arrived on time, completed the treatment, and provides a 12 MONTH warranty (most valley companies only provide 30 days). He also gave me lots of valuable tips to eliminate this awful pests asap. I GIVE BILL STEWART AND NATURZONE MY HIGHEST POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION. Also his price was extremely reasonable (much lower than another company I had consulted). I did not need the "heat treatment" that another company said I did, at a cost of $3000.! Total cost to me for the treatment and inspection was only $700. Again, I can't recommend this company highly enough. EXCELLENT! read more

I worked with Bill extensively over the phone to discuss bed bug issues and the different treatment techniques. He was more than willing to spend as much time as necessary to discuss getting rid of the problem. I had talked with 4 other companies and they only wanted to contract me into a job without discussing the issue and solutions. When I had my appointment with the technician, Jeromy, he was extremely professional and was not condescending at all. He showed me techniques for the future and I was more than thrilled to have a 1 year warranty for ANY future issues. I have used Naturezone for more than ten years after switching from another pest control company that was more expensive, toxic, and ineffective. Tim treats our property every other month and does a great job taking care of our vacation home. We show up when the weather gets cold and there's not a bug in sight! He also takes care of our rental property in Johnson Ranch and that can be a real challenge because our renter has a dog in the backyard so Tim has to work around her schedule.
