Such a great experience!! The place is really nice, clean and the cats are so sweet. They have a ton of room to run around and play. With your ticket you get a free coffee or soft drink. The only thing is that you can't pick the cats up because some of them are recovering from spay and neuter but you still get to pet and play with them and you can hold them if they voluntarily sit on you. 10/10 I love the mission and atmosphere :) read more

Excellent experience. We were passing by on our way through Chattanooga from Atlanta and just had to stop here. Having four cats of our own, we weren't looking to adopt, but spending an hour here is any cat lover's dream. The facility is impeccably clean, especially for housing 30+ cats. The peaceful environment is perfect for cats as well as people who are looking for a low-key and relaxing experience. All the cats cohabitate well and seem very happy. And if you are looking to adopt, this is a great way to meet a potential pet. Don't let the entry fee discourage you- it's well worth it! Knowing that the entry donation, as well as the proceeds from the extensive merchandise, goes directly to help the cats is extremely comforting. My happy place! Omg, this place is heaven. We were driving down the mountain after spending time at Rock City. We had time before our Ruby Falls tour, so we went to find some ice cream. Then all of the sudden, we see signs that say "CAT CAFE! 30 CATS!" and we were automatically interested. We decided that after our Ruby Falls tour that we would find the place and visit. We were not disappointed. This is the nicest cat cafe we have ever visited. You can tell that a lot of time is put into making sure the place stays clean. The people at the entrance, who I'm assuming are the owners, were SO nice. We didn't make a reservation, but we were let straight in. $13 for an hour with the cats and a drink! What a steal! We paid a couple extra bucks for a local beer, which was a fun touch too. And they gave us free stickers which we promptly stuck on the back of our cars. The cats were so lovely. You can really tell that they are happy and treated well here. I love that there was a binder with their names and a little background info about all the cats too. I appreciate what the owner is doing in fostering the kitties, giving them opportunities to have good homes. All in all, a WONDERFUL place. We were having so much fun that we almost lost track of time! We have already bragged about Naughty Cat to our Atlanta friends, and we will be back next time we are up in Chattanooga! read more

Our rescue cat Mowgli (formerly known as Kato) would agree that this place is amazing! My housemate and I came here with the intention of looking at cats, not knowing we'd leave with one. The service provided was exception. The staff members are friendly and energetic, allowing us to ask any questions regarding adopting and the history of cat cafes. I adopted my cat last year and was surprised when I visited recently and the staff remembered our faces and even remembered the cat we adopted. The complimentary drink is the cherry on top for this place, let alone the different events that occur (Happy Meower). You're asked not to pick up the cats since many have just been spayed/neutered. There is a book with all the cats info and I LOVE that they make sure bonded cats are adopted together. Chattanooga's first cat cafe! This is such a cool concept. All drinks and snacks are prepared off site, away from cats, so its clean and cat hair free. You choose your drink, which comes free with your ticket, and any additional you may want, then go in. They have two rooms to hang out with the cats, and around 25-30 cats at any time. The first room looks like a large living room, with a ton of seating and cat stuff alike. There is an ajoining hallway like area where new kitties still adjusting hang out. Then the second room is like a sunroom. We really enjoyed our time here. Ive been to one other cat cafe but this is my first in the states. Its fun to come have a coffee, read and pet cats. You get 1 hour and the tickets are 14.20 each. You can reserve online or take your chance walking in. I thought the entry price was a little steep but I understand they have to make money. Plus every cat is 100% adoptable! Cant wait to bring others and visit again! read more

I came here after just having moved to Chatt and both the employees were so sweet and obviously cared for the kitties so much. I loved Cupid and actually decided to adopt and bring her home! When are you ever open!!??? I've been by here 3-4 times and they are NEVER open and there's no hours of operation on the door. I have family in town and tries to bring them here at 11:47 Tuesday and once again they are closed. What's the point of opening a place and never being open! I won't bother trying again. This is one of the best cat cafes I have visited in all of the US! There is so much space for the cats (and visitors). I really felt happy for the cats to have this temporary home. It was a great experience and it's all for a great cause. We went in for a little bit and they have "Happy Meowur" where one alcoholic beverage is on them. They had an amazing selection of beer and you could get coffee (which was amazing) and hot tea (also fantastic). The cats themselves were so cute and all had personalities of their own, when we were there, there were around 31 and they were all lovely. The actual cat hang out zone was peaceful and very cute and very clean. The people working were amazing and very friendly! For a reasonable entry fee ($13) you can spend an hour with 30 cats and a non-alcoholic beverage is included. They also have yummy treats, beer, and cider available for purchase. All cats are adoptable, but you can also just come hang out and get your kitty fix. Heath and Whitney keep the place immaculate and provide exceptional care for the cats. You must be at least 11 years old to visit and I'd recommend making a reservation, especially for weekends or holidays. This is so fantastic. I'm just so thrilled that a cat cafe has come to Chatt. Of course because of the disgusting "government regulations" this lovely small business can't serve a large variety of coffees and sweets, but still they serve all kinds of delicious-looking cookies and chocolate dipped pretzel sticks. . . yum! And better still, they serve the local favorite - Mad Priest coffee. It's soooo good! And they have raw sugar, agave nectar, all kinds of goodies to put in your coffee, and a variety of teas. Best part - limitless refills!! The coffee/tea is included in the price of the entry fee (I think it was about 13$ per hour last I visited). You can also buy a cold drink like beer or soda pop if you'd like. This business is seriously just charming. They're big dreamers and they love their cats. They love their job and put their hearts into it. The decor is homey and the whole place feels so clean. They take rescues from shelters and do a great job getting them used to the environment. They want to help lonely kitties find homes. Every cat there has such a different personality! It's so fun either seeing a cat leap in the air chasing a cat toy, or a cat sleeping in a nook, or a cat lonely to be petted, or just a cat who likes to stare daggers into your heart. This place was AMAZING! We were driving through the area and saw a sign that said "Cat Cafe, 30 cats" and we were sold. We booked an hour online and anxiously awaited our time slot. When we arrived we got the run down on how everything works from the owners who were so kind and informative, and then we were offered a free drink before heading in to see the fur babies! For super low prices they had some delicious snacks and some other drink choices as well. Once we opened the door to where the cats are we were both so excited! It was a lovely, comfy, peaceful environment where the cats could relax and show their true personalities. I got choked up thinking of the amazing opportunity the owners have these cats to be seen and loved and hopefully adopted, as shelter situations can be so stressful on cats and it makes it hard for them to be adopted.
