We had heard they don't have fitting rooms, so we wore leggings and tank tops so we could try on over our clothes, which there are mirrors and racks around for you to do. It is a little tricky to know what something like a dress will look like with your clothes on under. The clothes are organized by style and color, and I will say the staff is on top of everything staying clean, it's not as chaotic as similar stores. Things are mostly under the wrong size, through. What turned me off the most wasn't the selection, but the fact that they are charging $30-$40 for items with giant holes or that are covered in stains. I would say 70%+ of the items were damaged, a lot of it irreparable. Even if a dress was originally $200 and you're selling it for $40, it's not a deal if the zipper is broken, there is ink splattered all over it, or there is a hole the size of my head in it. It was just a little disappointing to get excited about something and then find something was wrong with it with almost every item I selected.

I then showed her where it was located and then she proceeded to tell me I couldn't return it because there was some dirt at the bottom- there was nothing and whatever she was implying was from being out and other people trying it on. She was visible mad I was returning it when her coworker did not agree with her and as I walked away she loudly called her coworker over and said "look at this joke of return" while I was still present. She had an impression of me the second I asked for a return and did not care to provide any good service to me. She could have denied by return but because it was in good condition and nothing concerning she took it. It's the fact that she had to make me feel little in that moment that is the reason people like that should not work there. She has brown her, and heavy eyeliner. Went here on Saturday to do a return and shop around and had great service so I had to leave a…read morereview! The second I walked in I was greeted. I headed to the register to ask some questions about my return and the cashier was personable, friendly and helpful. As I was shopping around another worker came up to me and gave me a bag for my items and helped me put them in. He also called me pookie which at first threw me off but I loved it lol. Super friendly, funny and helpful as well, I saw him helping multiple other people in the store while shopping & he later asked me if I was doing ok. I felt welcomed and that if I needed help I would be able to find that easily, but also it was not in an invasive or uncomfortable way- it was friendly and laid back which I loved. Unfortunately couldn't find exactly what size I was looking for but tons of other selections in the store. They always have great sales here & coupons as well. They had a great variety of attire from head to toe with every size available even 2x! The prices were the same or lower as the competitor stores and really reasonable considering whatever you purchase will probably outlive you! Their clothes are super tough and durable beyond what you'd expect! I found a great thicker fall seasonal T-shirt at a great price that I can't wait to wear! Their packaging is very nice and if you purchase something as a gift for someone, the bag can easily be used for that!
