Then they text me my ticket number. Once my ticket number was called I received another text with the window number to go to. The guy at the window was super friendly saw my documents and told me I should receive my new card in 2 weeks. He also informed me that after 24 hours their system will be updated with my new name and I could go to the DMV to process my new Driver License with my updated name. The entire process took 15 min. It was super fast and I love how easy they have made it with the update text messages.

You will have to walk up a small curve incline to the document checkpoint. Just in case mobility is a factor. 4. If things are moving smoothly and you go between the times recommended, the border crossing to Tijuana is 10 minutes. 5. I travel with kiddos, I always take full photos and send to family. Amazing how patient, children, babies, pets and adults are to wait 3+ hours to exit Tijuana into the United States. The line snaked into four lines.
