Lst Storage CURRENTLY has a rat/mice infestation 05/23/26. They will not assist in cleaning or throw away the damaged items you remove from your storage nor will they let you use their dumpster. No one in the office will assist with information. I was given a pamphlet and told call the Insurance. I've had not issues with this location in the past. Not sure what's going on. read more

I have a storage locker here and decided to use the attached new postal annex for printing needs recently for a party. The staff could not have been nicer and more flexible. I printed posters, signs, pamphlets and stickers. All came out perfectly. 10/10 recommend! The facility is clean, modern, and secure with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. We stored our belongings here for a year. Rebecca in the office is very detailed oriented and efficient! When we came in to sign up, she previously sold a unit before us and dove straight in to setting the person up behind us too-3 in a row in less than ten minutes. Unfortunately, our items were damaged during a rat infestation...poop all over. The company did switch rodent control and no problems since. Again Rebecca answered all our questions and offered solutions. Would still recommend this storage to others! read more

The WORST storage company in SD. 1. They don't include insurance with your unit, so if you don't care about your stuff getting ripped with no compensation, by all means go for it 2.False Advertisement! This scummy storage company has a huge banner overlooking the 5 freeway that proudly displays the text...MILITARY DISCOUNT. I am in the Navy and I inquired about the discount, the lady at the desk informed me that they do not offer said displayed discount. I informed them that they should take down the banner if they were not running that deal anymore, they said they were working on getting it down...fast forward three months later...they are still displaying the sign, they never took it down. I informed the lady that this is unacceptable and it is false advertising, she tried to argue with me that I was wrong and that this is not a problem...WHAT!!! 3. Thieves...I was on the scheduled automatic payment and I moved all my stuff out on the 9th of DEC, the payment was taken out on the 7th..they would not reimburse/prorate the amount they took. So in essence I paid for a whole month, (minus 2 days) that I couldn't get my money back. From start to finish the experience here has been epically horrible...STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE MILITARY OR DO NOT WANT TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. This is the absolute worst. read more

I've been storing my stuff here for over a year now maybe even two. I haven't experienced any bad service as of yet. Rebecca and her staff are rock stars always friendly and professional. The location is right off the freeway. Fast and easy to get to plus this place is always well kept. The prices are reasonable I was lucky to get a unit. Right when I got there someone was cleaning out there unit. I had to come back check it out. To see if it was suitable for me. Went to check it out and it was plenty of space. Signed the paperwork and slapped a lock on my unit. I go in every first of the month to pay my rent. You got up to the 4th or the 5th to pay. If not lol we might be seeing your unit auctioned off storage wars on channel A & E lol. Just kidding anyways that's all I got thanks and take care. read more

In just a few words, this place is awesome and friendly, I've been storing my tools here for at least 13 years never had any type of issues with the staff whatsoever in the other hand the reason I keep renting here is because the extraordinary service they have. Staff and location are on par with the beat of them. Most storage places have shabby offices and employees but this one is run by some pretty cool people. They are always happy to help and have gone out o their way a few times to make my life easier even when they didn't have to. read more

DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE!!! They have a "We are not responsible for anything" policy and also have it in their Additional Terms. I thought nothing of this, as I have very good renter's insurance that covers storage. However, most renters policies do not cover mold, which is long term damage do to water penetration. 6 months ago, I let the company know that it seemed there might be a leak. They told me it had been fixed. At the time, nothing had been damaged. 6 months later, I have a destroyed leather couch. It is covered in mold spores, due to this "water leak" that didn't get fixed at the time they told me it was fixed. Mold isn't covered and their response: we don't cover your belongings. read more

When I first started with L Street Storage the manager was an elderly gentleman that was quite nice, polite and professional. I was offered and special of $140.00 per month for a large storage space and told that would be my price for as long as I was a customer. Since then a new manager has been appointed by the name of Rebecca. The rudest, offensive and most unprofessional manager that I have ever dealt with. This manager and her office failed at updating my address of 3 years and raised my rate $20.00 and told me that she has the right to change my rate at any time according to my contract. after stating what I was told by the manager her only response was to hide behind her statement that the contract allows to change the rate at any time which is contradictory to the deal I was given. I called her dear out of courtesy and she used this to take the offensive admonishing me for it at the same time trying to tell me she was trying to help me. She then hung up on me. This was not the first time that I have had this type of encounter with this person. I would not recommend using this facility for anyone. The treatment I have received from this manager is totally unacceptable for anyone. The underhanded business tactics used by this business is plain thievery. I will be reporting this to the BBB.. Save yourself the aggravation. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. read more
