Called, lady said we would have to wait. When she arrived, she said they didn't have the 20' truck and that they never have that sized truck. We have a reservation # with the correct time and pick up location. She stated she didn't F 'ing know why and we would have to call U-Hual to find out. U-Haul stated that the reservation was made for this location at that time and that this morning it was changed by the location to Mary Esther the next town over that doesn't open for another 3hrs. If somehow a mistake was made that's fine, inconvenient but understandable. Her yelling and being completely unprofessional and incredibly rude was unacceptable. I contacted these…read morefolks for a gas powered water pump, and when I told them I'd be reseating dock pilings they included 50' of hose (more available), fittings, and 12' of 2" PVC at no extra charge. The reservation was made over the phone, made a specific time for pickup, they loaded everything in my vehicle and I was on my way. The equipment functioned perfectly, and since I rented after 4 on Friday I got to use it for the entire weekend at no extra charge. They've got large pieces of machinery such as man lifts, ini Excavators, skid steers, concrete buggys, and trenchers are available for half-days, full days, and weekly rentals. We offer pressure washers, two man augers, jack hammers, Edco floor grinders and floor polishers as well as tractors and tilt trailers/ utility trailers and more. Bottom line: While I've seen several negative reviews about rudeness I've gotta say that my experience couldn't have been more pleasant. Good people and good equipment. Recommended!
