Really enjoy this mega shopping area. Its good for Duval. They have a great collection of stores and eateries for everyones likes and needs.

There are also several restaurants like Cheesecake Factory, PF Changs, Ted's Montana Grill, Maggiano's, and many others. There is plenty of parking around some of the bigger stores. Santa is usually there around the holidays.

Stop by this mall with my Lady while visiting Jacksonville Easter weekend. She wanted to get her…read morenails done at a spot recommended to her from a friend who used to live here, so we decided to stop in. The nail shop review is under a separate review. But overall, this mall has definitely seen better days. While the exterior doesn't necessarily reveal the level of aging, when you get inside the mall you noticed pretty quickly but this mall is likely on it's downturn. There are several closed, or seemingly closed stores, and most of the traffic seems relegated to a couple of the larger department stores like H&M and Belk. A lot of empty kiosks in the middle of the walkway with the rest of them being occupied by local vendors that didn't seem to be getting much business at all. And if teenagers are still headed to malls on Saturday's to hang out, this is clearly not the mall that most of the local teenagers here hang out in as the traffic was surprisingly light for a Saturday - I just realized that may appeal to certain readers of this review. Lol. Anyway, unless you are visiting a specific store in this mall as a destination, I would probably suggest finding one of Jacksonvilles bigger malls for a true mall experience.

The cashier Monique the worse attitude telling me to call my bank because the purchase wasn't going through. Like how dare her! As if I will be shopping without the Funds. This past July I made another Purchase and the system had a glitch. Can you believe I was charged 75.00 but never received my merchandise? I kept going back into the store to show the transaction was processed and posted and I still didn't get my items the manager Joshua uttered something in Spanish as I go I didn't understand. Super unprofessional as well as the manager Karen another rude lady. She promised to keep my items that were ALREADY PAID FOR IN HER OFFICE AND THEY STILL HAD THE AUDACITY TO PUT ALL THE ITEMS THAT DID NOT BELLNG TO THEM BACK ON THE FLOOR FOR SALE. Those managers do not care. I was treated like trash. All they had to do was reboot the stupid register but of course why would Karen know how to use the register as a store manager?

But I hope to go pick up that awesome John Denver t-shirt that's seen in the display window in one of my photos! But I do like what they have to offer men. The shirts and jeans they offer are truly set for solid street wear. I may adjust from some of my 511 wear and pick up some of these! But in reality, Urban Outfitters is really more focused on appealing to females, with a very large selection for them. I'd say about nearly three quarters of the store is devoted to them. My dearest likes to check things out here on occasion and found something she liked a few months back. Overall, there are jeans, dresses, various accessories of all kinds, belts, hats, all waiting for customers to purchase. I've experienced chatting with the crew who run the shop on occasion and they're generally enthusiastic and willing to assist and see that you get a good deal if one's available. I think the value of the clothing, accessories -- all that Urban Outfitters offers falls into similar value in quality of pricing as many other shops of its kind at Town Center. It seems to fall into a $50-$150 range, and for a mall and with the pretty high quality and appearance of the the street clothing that's offered here, I'd say that's pretty fair overall. The shopping center is in good condition with a ratchet Publix but also Family Dollar and T-Mobile and a Chinese buffet. Starbucks and Wing Stop and a Bealls Outlet. Large strip shopping center located on Dunn Avenue. I just hope it doesn't go down anymore than it already has. But it continues to stay pretty busy and it has Publix as the large anchor store here. JSO (Jacksonville Sheriff's Office) has a large sub-station in this shopping center, so thanks to that, I always feel safe here. If it weren't for that fact, I honestly don't know that I'd continue to shop here. Parts of the parking lot have been repaved... others have not. So, depending on where you are in the parking lot, watch out for large potholes! In addition to Publix, DD's Discounts has just opened a new, large store here. You'll also find a Family Dollar, Sally Beauty Supply, Bealls Outlet, GameStop, and Bailey's Gym. There's also quite a few smaller stores here. If you're looking for something to eat, there's China Buffet, Cici's Pizza, and Firehouse Subs (to name a few). In the parking lot, you'll find Checker's and Starbucks in their own buildings. I remember when they built the SBUX here... I honestly didn't think it'd stand a chance, so I'm honestly surprised to see it still standing. You'll still see Dollar Tree and Radio Shack on the large sign for the shopping center; however, Radio Shack is about to go (they have their "going out of business" signs up) and Dollar Tree has moved down the street a few blocks into it's own building.

I tend to like to browse, and often times their prices are better and cheaper than what you'll find online. When I arrived, I was greeted by the manager. She was lovely and chatted with us, and talked about how she has many of the same items from here in the same color (I totally get it). I normally like to look up front to see what new items they have in stock, but then tend to dash to the back to see what they have on clearance. because face it, if you know me, you know I never pay full price, because everything tends to go on clearance or on sale sooner or later. I wind up finding this skirt that I've had on my eye on for months, that finally went on sale. It was 70% off (you read correctly). Unfortunately they didn't have my size, but I took the next size up, just to try it on and found the coordinating tank top that went with it for 70% off, so I took that outfit back to the dressing room to try it on. I LOVED the outfit and was happy it was just as cute online as it was on me. The good thing is if you see something in the store and you like it, but they don't have their size, you can see if they can order it in your size and have it shipped for free to your house. I decided to purchase the tank top and then asked the salesperson that was helping me (Esperenza, she was SUPER nice). Since the price online was cheaper than in the store, they were able to give me the cheaper price, she ordered the skirt for me and had it shipped to my house. I can't wait to wear this outfit! The staff was super nice and friendly.

Unfortunately I went back last October to get a skirt to wear to an event and now, not even a year later, after only wearing this skirt a handful of times, the zipper has come off of the skirt making it unwearable. I have returned to being extremely disappointed in their lack of quality clothing considering the prices they are charging. I do understand this brand is considered fast fashion so I should not expect amazing longevity, but if their clothes will not hold up for even a year of inconsistent wear, they should lower their prices to fit the lack of quality.
