Once inside, you're given a number. At that point, there were about 15 people ahead of me. The office only had three windows open for disability and one for family leave, which made the wait very long. When my number was finally called, they asked for my ID and claim number, so be sure to have those ready. The worker who helped me was professional and did as much as he could, and the service itself was good. Overall, the in-person help was helpful, but the long wait times and lack of phone support are a major issue. I hope the phone system and staffing improve soon.

A fairly small room for people who only have witnesses present. A slightly larger room if you have a few members from your family and friends. And even a larger room that can hold up to 200 people!
