I really appreciate Miss W's assistance with helping me get a physical & duplicate social security card plus explaining and printing out my Social Security Delayed Retirement Credits( DRC) as I am 68, have not availed of my Full Security benefits at my FRA - full retirement age and loving getting that 8 percent increase every year. I am going to keep working till 2027! The team here was efficient, to the point and solid The office was simple. The garage below has ample parking spots. Closed on Saturday and Sunday. The staff overall were nice and efficient, making the process smooth. There will be a checkin officer to come out and check your appointment paper and ID and then let you in. Taking photos is strictly prohibited. You will be guided to sit down until next officer is calling your name. When it's your turn, they will check your ID and all your papers again and then clip a number on the file for next step. The female officer also gave me a booklet to study for Civics test. You will be called to have your headshot taken and they will also scan your fingerprints. The female officer was nice and asked me if the photo was ok or if I wanted a retake. She also rechecked if my names are with any typos. There are two restrooms which are clean to use. The overall process was very quick and smooth.

I received a voicemail from Officer Martinez asking for mo was not theree information. The second time I came down to the PD, I was told Officer Martinez was not there. Ibrought down a complete report as to what happened on May 14th. I included pictures to assist in understanding my complaint. I then went on Yelp to see what kind of reviews Santa Ana Club Towing had. There were over 5 pages of reviews, and my suspicions were spot on. I made a copy of at least 25 reviews, all collaborating with my report about Santa Ana Towing Club setting up a sting to tow cars. For the 3rd time I brought down my findings to the Tustin PD.These reviews date back to 2023,24,& 25. I am appalled at the history of this company and can't believe these incidents have gone on this long without any investigations. Again, I was informed that Officer Martinez was not in. They don't have voice mail so you can't leave a message for them. This time they told me she was in some sort of training and wouldn't be back until next week. I asked if I could leave her a message to call me. They took my name and number but I do not have much faith in my message being delivered. Why did they not tell me from the very start she was in some training and would not be back for a few weeks. Go figure? So now I wait and see if anything will be done. Starting June 12, 2026, I officially became a California Notary Public for a four-year term! A quick note for anyone visiting: parking can be a little challenging. Richard mentioned there is a free parking lot behind the building, but I wasn't sure which one he meant, so I decided not to risk it and parked elsewhere.
