The food truck turned restaurant in what appears to be a market pavilion specializes in breakfast burritos. Today I wanted to try the breakfast burrito and their Texas Quesadilla. The first thing I saw that came out was the quesadilla. It looked amazing. Unfortunately the taste didn't live up to its appearance. It honestly was bland. I kept trying to add something to make the bites taste better. The texture was grainy and there was a spice I didn't expect that was dominating the dish. I think it was cinnamon. It gave a weird aftertaste. As for the burrito, it was mostly chorizo sausage with just a little egg. I think it would have tasted better if it had been mostly egg with a little sausage. This heavy on the chorizo mix made the burrito very dry and and the texture crumbly inside. You need the nice texture of an egg or avocado to help with the texture of the burrito. Once again, I found myself trying to add something to it to make it taste better. Maybe some guacamole or cheese? Something needs to help balance this burrito so it feels better on the tongue. Overall this isn't my favorite. It has potential but it doesn't deliver or hit the spot as it is now. I couldn't see myself coming back here. The other reviews make me feel like they may be posts from friends because "Amazing" is not what comes to my mind. The fact they have fewer than 20 reviews on Yelp after being open since 2020, should tell you what you need to know.

You simply can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Also the salsa is so fresh and so good you'll want to get a pint to take home (classic red or verde too)! Don't sleep on the breakfast here either! The burrito will keep you energized all day with potatoes and chorizo. The location is great because it is easy to meet up with friends and the food court atmosphere encourages community. Finally the service is outstanding! While this is probably one of the busier food stalls in Co-Hatch, Louie and his team always take the time to get your order right and make sure it's an outstanding meal. ... dang, now I want tacos...

To say we were not disappointed is an understatement; we were stunned at how enjoyable the experience was. Everything.. EVERYTHING about this place is wonderful. Service was very attentive, friendly and helpful (and our waitress had only been working there 1 month.) The overall ambiance was stimulating and captivating. Stimulating because the music Powerhouse 60s hits from Ray Charles, Tom Jones, the Beatles and more was a *perfect* choice to enjoy yet not disrupt quiet conversation. Stimulating because the decor was so unique and interesting. And because just the vibe of everyone in there really enjoying themselves was palpable. What about the food you say? Every ingredient of all 4 different taco choices we made was wonderful; fresh, tasty and well prepared and presented. It's not very close to us but we are already excitedly figuring out when we can get back there - and I'm confident we are going to become regulars. It's a small place so going at peak meal hours might risk waiting. They have about 10 tables as well as another 8 or 10 stools at the bar. We did not drink so cannot review that aspect. We were told the place had come under new management in the last few months. As well as that place seemed to be functioning, we would never have guessed that. PS I didn't know until we ordered that they were giving free tacos to veterans, so that's a really cool mark on their patriotism and sense of community. PS 2 Small warning: The bench seats at the east (entrance) wall cut off circulation in my legs.

Got a seat at the bar and ordered a NA mojito and it was delicious, and also at only $5 I appreciated the price- sometimes NA drinks are as much as the full alcohol kind. Great attentive service and friendly chats with the employees. I went with the nachos which were SOOO good. Nachos are one of mh favorite foods, so I know good nachos- especially loved the pickled onions and that there were tons of toppings. My friend got two tacos with beef- can't remember the exact kinds but he enjoyed them. Such a great spot and will be back.
