    Plate from the lunch buffet

The lunch buffet was a little small and I wish it had more options, but for $13 I guess it's fair. The service was pretty fast and very attentive. The mango juice was excellent and the chicken tandoori was actually very moist. The butter chicken in the buffet was a little tough though. The paneer was also mediocre. I will definitely return when I get the Indian food cravings.

When you come into the restaurant, you are given the option of getting access to the buffet or ordering dishes from their menu. The samosas come with 2 decently sized pieces, but they charge a fee for sharing appetizers. The dishes are a bit expensive, and while the rice portions are very generous, the size of the meat dishes is very small, considering the price. The restaurant had Indian music playing as we ate and had very nice decor, creating a relaxing atmosphere while we ate and while I would be happy to eat there again the price for the small portions makes me hesitant to recommend it to those on a budget. Overall, the food and atmosphere were great but I would only eat here on special occasions due to its high prices.

I ordered delivery food from Nawab via the GrubHub app on February 8, 2018. I was pretty excited to FINALLY see a place that delivered Indian food on GrubHub! I placed my order at 11:46, it arrived 12:15. So that was a pretty reasonable time. Food came sealed tubs, bagged in paper, then plastic. The delivery guy was polite and friendly. Dishes I ordered were: Chicken Tikka Masala (marinated chicken in a seasoned, rich, tomato cream sauce) Nav Ratten Korma (vegetables in a thick, seasoned almond sauce) Chicken Curry The two chicken dishes came with rice I also got a Papadum wrapped in foil with the order (thin, crispy lentil cracker appetizer) Order also came with 2 dipping sauces The chicken tikka masala has such a vibrant red color and a sweet, savory flavor with a hint of spice. The Nav Ratten Korma - mild and tasty, really love that almond sauce, it reminds me of Thai Satay sauce. It had peas, carrots, onion, zucchini... The chicken curry was also pretty good, more savory though. The Papadum was very thin and crisp, it reminded me of a seasoned Pringle chip, but not as salty. I liked it. The sauce dishes all had a hint of heat, but nothing that would send me racing for milk and crackers, lol. Price wise, well... Most Indian places are a little expensive because of the spices and cooking techniques required and I did order a lot. In the end, here was the price: Food: $37.85 Sales Tax: $ 2.63 Delivery fee: $ 5.99 Tip: 6.97 Total: $53.44 But to be fair, I could have knocked $12.96 off my order if I had picked it up I just had some extra money from a PTO cashout at work and I felt like treating myself. I certainly would recommend Nawab to anyone who likes Indian food. They seem to have a quality business here and I hope they keep the delivery option!

Stopped in for their AYCE lunch buffet - for the price you can't complain. Everything was fresh, bright and full of flavor.

We ordered the chicken tikka masala, samosa chat, lamb vindealoo and mango lassi. Everything was Deliocus, my favorite had to be the tikka masala. The lamb vindeloo is good but was pretty spicy, if you can't do spicy. I highly recommend getting the garlic nann, it comes with 4 huge pieces and it's packed with so much garlic on top. Workers were really nice and friendly, food came out quick. Definitely be coming back to try more food.

The people are also friendly, which makes the experience feel welcoming. That said, there are a few things that would make the dining experience much better. On our last visit, our group waited nearly 30 minutes for the food to arrive. During that time, the table was completely empty except for water and place settings. When food is going to take longer than usual, it would make a big difference to bring something small to the table, even pappadums or another light starter, just to keep guests happy and occupied. It would also help if someone came over to apologize, give an update, and let guests know how much longer the food may take. Also, the cold plastic plates should really be upgraded. They feel cheap and tacky, and hot food should not be served onto cold plastic plates. Real plates would immediately improve the presentation and overall dining experience. The main dining room could use more warmth and charm. Right now, it feels a bit sparse and not especially cozy. But the room you first enter is in much greater need of attention. Honestly, it feels rather depressing to eat in that area. It would not have to break the bank to make it warmer and more inviting. A little decor, better lighting, warmer colors, or even a few thoughtful touches would go a long way. Right now, it just feels like very little effort was made in that space and that it's just a path to the cash register. One final suggestion: when it is time to pay, please do not stand over guests while they review the bill and decide on a tip. It feels uncomfortable. Either leave the device on the table or bring a paper bill first, then return when the guest is ready. Overall, the food is very good and the people are friendly. With a few service and atmosphere improvements, Cumin 'n Eat could offer a much better full dining experience. Our family really loves the food so kudos to the great chefs!

Most mall patrons want something quick, so the slow service is not helpful. They gave us ketchup with the popadoms, which was strange; we are used to traditional Indian sauces. They also gave us ketchup packets with their fantastic Kathi wrap- this did not need any sauce and was delicious! It's not even pictured because we ate it show fast, after waiting so long. My only advice is to stop assuming everyone wants ketchup (I've eaten Indian cuisine since I was 7 years old and never once saw ketchup on their tables) and have some items pre-made. I will place my order ahead next time I'm at the Palmer Park mall, so it's ready when I am.

My colleague had an order of their Malai Tikka Leg and their Tulsi Naan; also delicious. I was so pleased with my meal, I ordered their Palak Paneer and an order of Vegetable Samosas to go. Do know that their prices are incredibly fair, and portions are quite large. You will be surprised. Easy on/off to Rt. 22 at 25th Street, Aroma Authentic Indian Cuisine will definitely live up to their previous reviews as Desi Bites; I think they'll even surpass them.

A spiced potato patty sandwiched on a toasted bun, served with mint and tamarind chutney as well as a ground spicey powder that had that perfect heat tingle. Butter Paneer and Butter Chicken were our mains. Despite having the same sauce they each had a slightly different flavor profile. The sauce was so rich, probably could eat just a bowl of that! The paneer was the softest we've ever had, perfect texture. The chicken was tandoori, so that extra lift in flavor. Plain Naan was crispy and took to sopping up the sauce perfectly. The basmati was puffy and addictive. They gladly brought to go containers for us as well as extra rice for the leftovers.
