I'm incredibly picky about where I take my dog because he truly is my child, and he is not the friendliest when it comes to people. But Nova? He opened up immediately to the girls at Tender Touch. This is a dog who used to refuse to even hop out of the car, and today he jumped right out, tail wagging. That says everything. He always comes back spotless, soft, and so well cared for. The only reason I'm giving five stars instead of ten is because they do crate the dogs, which I understand is necessary for a smaller space and for everyone's safety, and they are slightly more expensive than my previous groomer. Even so, they've become my go-to without question. I'm so happy I found them, especially Carrie and Blanca. And Blanca? Nova absolutely LOVES her.

BUT TODAY?? She came home looking shiny, smelling expensive, and acting like she just left a spa day in Beverly Hills. I swear she had a little extra strut in her walk like, "Don't talk to me, I'm freshly bathed." Whoever handled her is a dog whisperer because my girl usually acts like she's being personally attacked by shampoo. Not this time. She was CHILL.
