I initially overlooked the owner's abrasive attitude and my dog's apparent fear of the place, despite his claims that my dog was aggressive. However, after trying other groomers and consistently receiving glowing feedback about my dog's sweet behavior, it became clear that this wasn't the right fit. At other places, my dog is calm and content. One instance that sealed my decision was when I got a call, 30 minutes after picking up my dog, saying he was ready for pickup. When I mentioned that I had already taken him home, there was no apology... just "ok" before hanging up. Like excuse me? No sense of security here. While the grooming here is acceptable, there are definitely better options out there with superior service and kinder handling.
