She is good with processing and got me on board with a family. When it came to the family not being a fit on my side for reasons explain she totally change and turn her back in getting me on board. she dint understand or ever got back to me with a different family option. It was sad to see families are able to reject or not move forward with a nanny but in the other hand Nannie's don't have this option.
