BE AWARE WARNING!!!!…read more I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was so bad that I have to warn every trucker and driver out there. If I could give negative stars, I would. My truck broke down on I-70 in West Virginia. I called this roadside company for help, and it turned out to be the biggest mistake. First, the guy showed up almost two hours late. When he finally got there, he barely looked at my truck for 20-30 minutes. The problem was simple -- just an air leak -- but instead of even trying to fix it, he immediately started pushing me to tow the truck to their shop. He kept saying it was "big" and "complicated," which was a complete lie. He was clearly trying to run up the bill. When I refused the tow, he told me I had to pay $500 just for him showing up and doing nothing. No work, no repair, nothing fixed. Just standing there and arguing with me. I ended up paying because I didn't want more problems, but I knew I was being ripped off. And here's the worst part: this guy was extremely rude, racist, and unprofessional. He called me names, mocked me, and even asked if I was an "illegal immigrant" (I am a U.S. citizen, by the way). After I left, he continued sending me hateful and threatening text messages, saying things like "Trump is coming buddy for your ass" and "can't wait to put you out of business." I have full screenshots of his texts with his number -- this wasn't just bad service, it was harassment and racism. To prove how much of a scam this was: after paying him $500 for nothing, I called the TA truck stop at Exit 11 on I-70. Their mechanic came out in 45 minutes, fixed the problem on the spot, and charged me $358. That's what a real professional does. This other guy just pocketed $500 and insulted me. This was the most horrible experience I've ever had with roadside service in my entire trucking career. The man was dishonest, hateful, and threatening. They don't care about helping drivers, they only care about taking your money and bullying you. Truckers, listen to me: avoid this number, avoid this company. Don't waste your time, don't waste your money, and don't put yourself in danger by dealing with people like this. There are honest roadside services out there -- this is not one of them.

I took the car back in because it was making a weird noise still and apparently that is what it was. my car is still making noises but we are taking it somewhere else because we just don't want to deal with them anymore.

By that time the slide out started to work and we didn't need the service but he said he still has to charge us. We were like ok, thinking it would be a service fee of $75. He charged us $328 to get out of his truck and write up a bill. He charged us for 54 miles at $1.50/mile and the shop was only 8 miles away. We have since disputed the fraudulent charges and will be reporting them to Better Business Bureau and then I will be filing a complaint with the State Bureau of Automotive Repairs

The car went into 'limp' mode in St Clairsville, OH and I was able to drive to the GM dealer. Unfortunately the GM/Chevrolet dealer said they could not work on Kia's and suggested Jamie's Garage. I went to Jamies where he diagnosed it as cylinders 3 and 4 were mis firing but was booked solid and not able to make the repairs that day. Jamie drove me to the Enterprise rental Car where I discovered they had no rental cars. Jamie was able to take me back to the shop and got me in quickly. Within 2 hours of this ordeal, he got me back on the road with new parts and repairs. I am grateful he was there and that time and was nice enough to help try and get me into a rental.
