We ended up getting a side of jollof rice because the goat meat plate did not come with any sides. I will definitely be back if I am on that side of town again. The four stars are because I wish they adjusted the spice levels. The food came out very fresh and looked quite delicious. Egusi flavor is a bit mild and the fufu was a very interesting texture but did not have much flavor on its own. The ribs had an excellent char to it and smokey flavor. The meat was not chewy but very hard to pull off the bone. The suya beef had similar flavor to the ribs but a bit on the dry side. The jollof rice that came on the side did not have much flavor to it to be honest. Overall, a good experience to try Nigerian food but could benefit from better cleaning.

I walked into the clean, chilled ambiance building and felt completely lost. I had no idea that it's a contactless experience. The order must be placed electronically prior to arriving or at a kiosk upon arrival. Once you've placed your order and paid for it, you take a seat and wait to be notified via text message. When your food is ready, your text message will direct you to a locker number which will go to and unlock by clicking on a link provided in your text message. Thankfully, there was a kind Harris County Deputy who was also visiting for the first time and patiently worked with me to make sure I was able to place my order. I think the concept is innovative here in the U.S. (been going on in Asian countries) and could really take off. However, there should be available signs with directives posted both outside and inside of the building. The food was just as delicious as it was the first time.
