Ive used a teller to handle either deposits that I did not want to put through an ATM or some other transaction like a bank check. The tellers have always been outgoing, friendly and efficient. Its worth noting that the customer service by this branch's staff is exceptional. On one notable occasion I had to get a sizable bank check and the teller was fairly new and still training. Unbeknownst to me they had given me the check without a signature on it. I left the bank and had already driven away when the bank manager called my cell to ask me to return and get the check signed. They were very apologetic and handled the situation professionally. The way in which they handled it actually left me with a positive impression that overshadowed the inconvenience of the original mistake. This location is on main street in downtown Nashua. Parking is either metered street parking or the city garage. ATM is the "enhanced" kind that does not require envelopes for deposits. If youre in the area looking at banking options, I recommend NBT. They are a little bigger than a local but smaller than the mega giants.

I was talking to a…read morefriend and he reminded me that I am a member of the digital federal credit union here in Nashua, New Hampshire at 379 Amherst St So I called them and made an appointment to meet with their notary. I checked in with the teller and was handed over to Sara GEIB who is a Member Service Representative. She was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. She was able to get my documents notarized and take care of all of my documenting needs. I do not understand why this branch has so many negative comments as everybody I met during the process was extremely nice.

Jason Pelletier at Nashua and Beatrice (?) in Burbank were responsive and professional, really going the extra mile to get this loan closed on time. The online banking allows me to do all of my banking despite being 1500 miles from the nearest branch. As a heritage Lockheed person, I was a little dismayed at the name change to LOGIX, but I do understand the need and assert the changeover was virtually seamless. I also appreciate still being able to get Lockheed airplane pictures on my debit and credit card.

If you want a great relationship with a bank then open up an account, business, cd, ira, loan at this location. They will go above and beyond and explain everything to you. They dont treat you like a number they treat you with dignity and respect. Unlike some banks where you have to call and make an appointment just to talk to someone not like it here. If they are busy a wait might be no more than several mins. They have dog treats for our canine friends and lollypops for everyone else, which i always ask for, for myself and i am 61 yrs old haha. Regardless business or personal drop by and inquire how they can help you be successful in anything and everything you need to get done relating to banking, or a loan. Banks change their rates, fees, and other stuff so frequently that who could keep up? This is the giant old school bank building at the center of downtown. They have a private parking lot with a fairly nice guard watching to keep the spaces open. The inside is a classic old school style. Huge vaulted ceilings, a massive safe, and big wall clock. I have been a TD Bank customer for several years now, and have only had problems since I moved to Nashua slightly over a year ago. Today was the worst customer service I have had at TD Bank. I was not greeted even though there were tellers chatting at the drive through window, there was only one car at the window, and I was the only customer not being helped already. The next person to enter was greeted right away, on the other hand. The teller that helped me, Caitlyn, was very rude. While I filled out my papers she was leaning in her window, staring off, which did not give me the best impression to begin with. She did not greet me, ask how I was, or thank me at any point. She did not ask if I would like a balance on my receipt, which is a problem the Main Street branch is even worse with. She did not ask for my ID when I got cash back from a check, and by the end of the transaction she was talking to another customer instead of saying goodbye or even looking at me. These problems have slowly been getting worse over the past year or so, and the worst offender is the Gusabel Ave branch. The Main Street branch is better, but not by much.
