Our 60 AMP circuit breaker kept tripping and we had no idea what the cause was. I changed the circuit breaker, but it did not help. Once I got into the attic, I discovered there was a spark fire inside the junction box due to faulty wiring which could have easily caused an electrical fire. I contacted Powell Electric and made an appointment, but after waiting for nearly 4 hours and taking a day off, they called and informed that the electrician will not be able to make the appointment. Needless to say I was furious. So I contacted NC Electric. Nicolas responded immediately and stopped by next day, and on time. He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it, replacing the junction box and properly wired and insulated to code. My Tesla Wall Charger now works great. We lost power in our kitchen one day and could not figure out how to fix it after checking to make sure that the breaker was switched on and even attempting to change the GFCI on our own.
