I can't say enough about how happy I am with the work with final touch. I had popcorn ceiling removed and 40-ish recessed lights installed in my house and am so happy I got it done. Their work was excellent and their attention to detail was tremendous. We hired Bill and his team to remove the plaster acoustic ceiling in our family room and two of the bedrooms. The family room is exceedingly difficult because it is a high vaulted ceiling measuring approximately 24 x 18 feet in diameter and slanting up from 8 to 14 feet. The two bedrooms were also the same type of plaster acoustic. We asked Bill for a smooth finish and we are completely satisfied with how it turned out. They gave us a good quote, came on time, and were conscientious about keeping our home clean. We did have one crack that developed and Bill came back promptly to remedy the situation. As a C33 paint/decorating that all he can do, he would need to be a C10 to advertise and contract for lighting/electrical work. My husband and I initially had Bill work on our ceilings removing popcorn and installing lighting. The work they did was amazing and exactly what I was looking for - after being told by countless contractors that they can't do the smooth ceiling texture I was looking for. But Bill's level of customer service didn't stop there. We recently had a different vendor come in to install flooring and baseboards in our upstairs bedrooms - upon inspection after the flooring was done, we found scratches and damages to our newly finished ceilings from the installation of the long baseboards.
