How it went: I really wanted to like this place, but the service was too poor to leave a positive review. A massive amount of effort went into the ambiance of the place, but that same effort was completely absent when it came to customer service. You could be sitting at a table forever with no one asking what you'd like. As was the case with me and everyone else who came in. After some time, I went up to the bar stand and inquired, THEN I was given a menu by a rather cold individual. Not rude, just expressionless and somber. Not sure why he wasn't going around asking customers if they wanted anything as he was frequently doing nothing. I went and sat back down after ordering. The drinks are not brought to you. When I got them from the server guy, there was no warning at all that VERY hot, scalding water was used. The aluminum cup (not a fan of drinking from aluminum) gave no hint of heat, so that first sip was extremely painful and I'm still feeling the burn the next day. I will not be returning and will inform others in my community to stay away.

It's not a loud, chaotic bar and not a nightclub at all. It's one of those places where you can actually relax, get inspired, feel an unreal vibe, hang out with friends or even just sit and do your homework without anything distracting you.‍ The music is perfect -- great background, not overwhelming. The people who work there are super open, friendly, and welcoming. There's a strong feeling of acceptance and warmth. Even though my English isn't perfect, they were so kind and made me feel completely comfortable, which honestly means a lot. They also recommended drinks, and wow -- everything I tried was genuinely delicious. And the coolest part: if you're not sure what you like or can't decide, they'll let you taste different drinks, which is such a nice touch. Another thing I loved is that you can buy really cool jewelry and interesting little things for your home. Everything fits the same aesthetic -- relaxed, artsy, slightly mushroom-core vibe -- and it all just works together so well. Overall, the vibe is unreal. Super cozy, inspiring, and warm. I 100% recommend checking this place out -- it might just become your perfect spot to spend time, chill, and feel good.

Pro tip: bring a soft sided ice chest with ice to the market, so your kombucha can stay cold. Shoutout to @MelissaG for the recommendation. I am forever indebted to you. You can tell that the owner puts such thought and love and care into her work. I love the sustainability focus that the owner has. She stopped doing single serve cans because it does not align with her mission. Now she only does kegs or glass bottles. I appreciate that she offers discounts when people bring in their own bottles. If you haven't been before or forgot your bottle or weren't planning on getting kombucha, she sells bottles with the cutest designs on them in a variety of fun and bright colors. I'm so sad to be moving from Sacramento because it means that I won't be able to have this kombucha anymore.

We ordered a house sausage pizza and to add the salami to the pizza which was a great choice loved the pizza we watched it get made right in front of us and their bacon and cheddar melt. I personally though the bacon and cheddar melt was fine I probably wouldn't order it again looking back on it just simply on the fact it was $21 and the pizza was $23 it just felt very boring and overpriced in comparison to the pizza. I do love the sustainability of this place but find it odd the water cups are plastic after all the effort put into reusable, sustainable, organic, and farm fresh It definitely eat here again especially with the fact the menu is always changing the pastries here were a hit every other table had something from the bakery or a pizza. This is a great spot to come on a date or with a bunch of friends. I haven't tried the brews here yet but I'm looking forward to it. The staff here are very sweet and food comes out quickly. Parking is right outside of Three forks and plentiful even on a Sunday afternoon.

I paid because I only had an hour for lunch and needed to eat. I got my mocha and sat down to wait for my sandwich. As I waited, I noticed several people who ordered after me receiving their food while I was still sitting there. About 15 minutes later, I finally received my to-go sandwich. When I opened the container, it was obvious it had been sitting there for a while. The sandwich was sweaty, and half of it was soggy. Apparently, they had forgotten to bring it to me. By that point, my mocha was already gone before I had even started eating. The BLT itself was made on regular-sized sandwich bread, and the tomatoes and bacon were good. But $34 for a basic BLT and a small iced mocha is outrageous, especially considering the wait and the condition of the sandwich when I finally received it. I will not be going back. The prices are simply far too high for what you get.
