Well, this place delivered nothing short of an excellent experience! They were pretty busy, so we sat the bar. The service was great, fast and nothing short of amazing! Got to sample their beverage menu and have one of my favorite eggs Benedict dishes... hot off the grill, mouthwatering and delicious. The setting and atmosphere was pretty chill and relaxed, with some friendly neighbors around. I will be back to this place again and look forward to expanding my knowledge of their menu, as there was multiple things I wanted to try. Go check it out today, if you haven't been. This place is happening for sure!!!

We were very hungry by the time we sat down due to the long, wait, but it was well worth it. However, that are hunger. I forgot to take very good food pictures. The kitchen and historic charm of the decor hides a quite spacious restaurant that is decorated with historic furnishings, and adorable crayon pictures colored by local children. The menu is varied and has something for everyone. I tried the potato pancakes, which are hashbrowns mixed with cheese and garlic and onions on top with pesto sauce and eggs, and I must say that they were a delightful surprise, crispy and savory and worth every bite. My friends ordered the tofu breakfast burrito at Cuevo rancheros along with the bacon and egg breakfast at all said they were. We chose to share a three person mimosa, which includes a bottle of champagne and juice of your choice to accompany, and it was just perfect for our group. Our survey Anna was very busy, but made sure to check on us after serving the food and made sure that the food was served our liking and responded to every request we had. I would definitely plan on waiting in line on the weekends. They have a self-service waiting list and they will call you - inside or outside- when your table is ready. We waited a full 45 minutes on a Sunday around 11:00 am. Worth the wait, though!

We got there right as they opened at 10 AM. The vibe is really cozy and they have cool paintings from local artists for sale on the walls. The menu has some great Mexican-inspired options too, like Huevos Rancheros and frittatas. The morning was a bit of a free-for-all, though. Even with a 'Wait to be Seated' sign, the locals just grabbed menus and sat wherever they wanted, so we did the same. Service was definitely on the slow side--at one point, one of the locals actually marched into the kitchen to demand her food, complaining she'd been waiting over an hour for some eggs! On the bright side, my orange juice ($3.66) was amazing and tasted freshly squeezed. Unfortunately, I waited about 40 minutes for my house salad ($13.07), and while the orange and avocado slices looked great, the salad itself was a soggy mess by the time it arrived. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ It's a charming spot, but between the long wait and the food quality, it was a bit of a mixed experience.

They have great food- I always find something delicious. The people who work there are very friendly and it seems like they love their job. The prices are very reasonable and they have an outdoor patio for summer or winter. Dogs are allowed on the patio and they make sure the dogs have a water bowl. There are very few dog-friendly restaurants in the area and I love them for that. The owner is incredible. She is sincere, welcoming, conscientious and funny! She welcomes feedback from the customers. I have been there many times and have never been disappointed. Tofanelli's is an A-1 establishment and I recommend them to anyone who wants good food, good service and a very pleasant experience.

They are are so professional and accommodating, plus attentive. They are the best. Even though it was early brunch I decided to try a Bloody Mary. It was disappointing. Tasting watered down it had absolutely no liquor punch at all, just a watery drink without much tomato juice. I'm always amazed to look over the 100+ omelet items on the menu but decided on a Cajun Benedict instead. It comes with long sliced sausage (Andouille?) between the eggs and muffin. Overall, it wasn't that spicy so I covered it with hot sauce, Cajun country Tabasco. The poached eggs and sauce were good, but that's where it ended. The muffins were way too small for the dish and got lost in the other stuff. I didn't find the sausage to be all that flavorful either, and definitely not spicy. I got it with hash browns which weren't anything special. Very ordinary. I may have hit an off day but I left feeling very underwhelmed. Fortunately the service and ambiance overshadowed the food by a mile. Perhaps next time I need to try an omelet!

There's a menu that has everything from breakfast to dinner with every cultural food imaginable. The food is actually very good! Unfortunately I don't think it's going to succeed because the service is pretty bad! On both occasions I've been there they've been understaffed and the wait for ANYTHING from the servers seemed LONG. But by far my biggest complaint is the ambiance. We came at 7:00, not closing time and from the minute we sat down there were clanging dishes. banging bar stools, crashing noises coming from the bar, as things were getting cleaned up. Then came the sweeper around us and the PINE SOL smell as the floor was cleaned under our feet as we ate our dinner! I was stunned and it was nauseating. It was hard to get either of the server's attention once our food came (as there was lots of cleaning to do!) but we eventually got a to go box and our check. Lotsa luck

Tried this spot for the first time. Was excited to find something new in the area! Yay!!…read more This place offers small tapas type meals. We ordered it by DoorDash. They have nice to-go containers, but be careful because they do leak! Depending on the dish. The paper bag got a little grease on it, so beware of your seats (if Togo!) The organic corn cake was amazing in my dish. I really enjoyed that. Nice job! The dish I got was Arepa de la Casa, and it all went well together. If your party is ordering individually, don't order this alone, because it requires to be paired with another dish that has a protein. It's more of an accompaniment, not a meal. My partner got the Steelhead Trout. This dish is more of a meal. He did enjoy. He was convinced it was salmon. It did look like salmon and it kind of tasted like it too! Haha We decided to share the Chicken Adobo. The thigh chicken --by placing my fork to eat, fell right off and onto my fork. It looked moist! However, upon eating, it was extremely dry!!! Bone dry! Which was very surprising how moist it looked! The flavors were good otherwise, so a little disappointed. But the good news, that can be fixed! The rice underneath had a nice flavor too. If I recall, it was more of a wet rice. His brother got the Arepas Rellenas: Carne Desmechada. Also more of a meal. Now on this dish, the protein (brisket) was very present, but for $24 it should be! It was basically the same size as my dish for $14. We should have shared, but I don't care for brisket! Haha I think in this meal you would want to have more of the accompaniments to even it out. So I suggest to order the Arepa de la Casa to go with it. I love what they're doing. I love how the menu is limited, which can be good or bad. I think I want try it again with the perspective of blending some of the plates together and hopefully the chicken cook time improves. :) I wish this spot the best of luck!
