I tried the potato pancakes, which are hashbrowns mixed with cheese and garlic and onions on top with pesto sauce and eggs, and I must say that they were a delightful surprise, crispy and savory and worth every bite. My friends ordered the tofu breakfast burrito at Cuevo rancheros along with the bacon and egg breakfast at all said they were. We chose to share a three person mimosa, which includes a bottle of champagne and juice of your choice to accompany, and it was just perfect for our group. Our survey Anna was very busy, but made sure to check on us after serving the food and made sure that the food was served our liking and responded to every request we had. I would definitely plan on waiting in line on the weekends. They have a self-service waiting list and they will call you - inside or outside- when your table is ready. We waited a full 45 minutes on a Sunday around 11:00 am. Worth the wait, though!

Even with a 'Wait to be Seated' sign, the locals just grabbed menus and sat wherever they wanted, so we did the same. Service was definitely on the slow side--at one point, one of the locals actually marched into the kitchen to demand her food, complaining she'd been waiting over an hour for some eggs! On the bright side, my orange juice ($3.66) was amazing and tasted freshly squeezed. She is sincere, welcoming, conscientious and funny! She welcomes feedback from the customers. I have been there many times and have never been disappointed.
