They quoted us $1,850 and promised it would look "professional and clean" within two days. What a joke. They showed up late both days, left huge piles of old leaves and branches scattered across the yard for us to deal with, and barely touched half the shrubs. The mulch they dumped is uneven, full of sticks and weeds, and they spread it way too thin in some spots and piled it up against the house in others--like they were trying to hide the fact they didn't weed first. Now my foundation is probably going to rot. The lawn edging looks like it was done with a drunk weed eater. Crooked lines everywhere, and they scalped the grass in several patches so bad it's brown already. One of my rhododendrons got completely hacked up--branches just snapped off and left lying there. When I called to complain, the owner got defensive and basically said "that's how it's supposed to look" and "you should have been more specific." We paid half upfront like they asked, and now they're dragging their feet on coming back to fix anything. I had to spend another $300 just to have a different crew come clean up their mess so our yard doesn't look abandoned. Save yourself the headache and money. There are plenty of honest landscapers in Sherwood and Tigard who actually know what they're doing. This company ruined our spring curb appeal and wasted two weekends of my time. Never again.

By far the worst contractor experience I've ever had. I hired them in late September of 2022 for…read moresome very basic landscaping. They promised it'd be done in one to two months. (Which at the time should have been a warning, since the work I requested should have taken a week or less.) It is now mid-February of 2023 and the work still isn't done! They've left a wheelbarrow, weed whacker, and a pile of garbage bags full of yard debris sitting in my yard since November. I haven't heard from them since December. Of the incomplete work that they have done: - I had a grass and dirt driveway that I asked to be replace with sod, with mulch on the edges. Pretty standard yard, right? Instead, they put one color of mulch on the edge and filled the rest of the yard/driveway with a different color of mulch! And they did nothing to kill or cover the grass underneath, so now the mulch is full of grass and weeds. - I had two front yard patches with some lovely flowers, where I wanted the weeds pulled and some decorative rocks and plants added. I paid for those rocks in September and despite multiple promises that they were being delivered on a certain day, they have never arrived. Instead of only pulling the weeds, the help that they hired pull most of the nice plants out, including roses, but did nothing to kill the deep-rooted weeds that needed removing. So what had been my flower patches are now mostly bare dirt and weeds. So now I'm out thousands of dollars and my yard looks embarrassingly worse than if I'd never hired them at all. As a first-time homeowner who hadn't yet had a bad contractor experience, I'll chalk this up to an expensive lesson learned. From now on, I'll make sure to get everything in writing and never pay for work until it's actually done.

Sent a quote request for a yard cleanup and bi-weekly upkeep to a few different own care companies, and they were the fastest to reply. They came out the next day, gave me a great price, and we scheduled the cleanup. They were late the first day they came, but we understood that things happen and didn't mind too much. I would describe the service they provided as "fine." They didn't do everything they needed to do, and when I asked them about the stuff that still needed to be taken care of, they said they'd come back to to finish it. That didn't happen - they just came back to provide the regular maintenance. They came a few more times, but each time it seemed they forgot something (no weed pulling, no trimming of the bushes, leaving bramble behind, etc). I really got the sense that they didn't care about providing the service; that was confirmed when they stopped showing up. We never had a conversation about it...they just completely ghosted us. I tried reaching out to them, but it was radio silence. Something else that made me incredibly uncomfortable is that they don't offer invoices. They just want payment through Venmo. As other people have said, this business can be unprofessional. My advice would be to pay a bit more somewhere else for more reliable service and communication.

The second day I had the same climber, but a different carrier, and I was nervous that it would not be as good as the first day.
