We loved the small timey feel of LeLacheur at the time and caught ourselves attending some very cheap entertainment several times a year. So when we heard the team was back for the 2026 season, we jumped at the opportunity to return with our growing family. I don't think anything changed at all. There are still an ample amount of concession stands and kid activities. The all you can play for $5 for the bouncy items in the outfield was a great touch, even if it meant we hardly saw any of the game. Hotdogs couldn't have been more than four bucks. Everything seemed so reasonable. Wait I do take that back. The concession stands no longer seemed to have the fried dough cart right behind home plate. We specifically remember this and how good it was at the time. The only complaint here might be lack of shade on a hot summer day. If they covered more of the seats it would be beneficial to all. But it's just so nice to have this type of baseball back close to Boston, you won't be disappointed at all taking anyone from 2 to 102 here.

All courts/nets are in great condition and the lighting is just right, which is very important. It can get fairly hot/humid on the courts during summertime but this is the case for every indoor tennis facility unfortunately as they all have poor air circulation and cooling systems. They have good viewing areas and clean locker rooms. People who work there are courteous and friendly.

This playground is fantastic with colorful structures, different types of slides, swings, ladders and plenty of other cool structures to climb on. Although there is not a toddler specific section, there is a slightly smaller structure where toddlers can certainly play, as well as a couple of toddler swings. The entire play area is situated on soft wood chips and half of the perimeter houses benches, square metal picnic tables with seats on all sides as well as large wooden tables. There is a trash barrel and, near the entrance, a porta potty. There is plenty of parking. This free park closes at dawn. Dogs are NOT allowed.

Review for Kids Learn to Skate Program: very nice program, weekly on Saturday AMs, reasonably…read morepriced and does a great job of teaching the fundamentals from how to safely get up on the ice, pushing with alternating feet and gliding (though this can take two consecutive programs - Snowplow 1 and Snowplow 2 to get them to a very proficient level to have fun outside next winter). The rink is shared ice during these times, meaning multiple groups at different levels being instructed on adjacent but separate sections of the rink. What might be most impressive is they actually Zamboni the ice before and after every 40 min session, which makes the ice perfect for a group of new skaters that likely need semi-decent ice at best, but hey, no complaint!
